Experience:

October, 2015 – Septemeber 2016: Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) - Transition and Transformation Project Manager

I became an integral part of a dynamic twelve-million dollar Transition and Transformation

project. The project migrated IT services between providers located in India and developed the technical tools and processes required for the project to be a success. Proving my value in a short space of time, I was provided with the unique opportunity of working directly with the Transition

and Transformation Programme Manager and the ITO Director of Energy and Utilities. Working within a high pressure environment with target milestone penalties, it was essential that I was

able assess, undertake and manage multiple tasks to a high standard. I was responsible for conducting reviews and presenting my finding to internal and external executives.

My achievements include:

• Managing resources both nationally and internationally, overcoming challenging cultural

differences

• Adding value to multiple project work streams

• Developing the content for presentations to internal and external executives

• Building key stakeholder relations and becoming a primary contact with a challenging

multinational energy sector client

• Undertaking remedial action in a timely manner leading to cost saving benefits

• Directly managing and successfully closing a $4 million international project

Autumn 2014 -Spring 2015: Strategic Marketing - Consultancy Projects

Completion of the MBA required the practical application of taught material. This included

workshops with IBM’s business consultancy department and a consulting project for a global dignital marketing agency.

I was required to:

• Working both independently and part of a team to interpret mock and real-world case

studies

• Undertake rigerous analysis of consumer and company data
