Although its clear to all that in maternity time the women will get leave with pay

on cause of her newborn, the duration of leave paid is deferent on according of

countries rules for example in our country Afghanistan maternity leave paid is

three months for the women.

Now the question is here that After a baby is born, Mother may have maternity

leave but what about Father? Shouldn't he have some time off to adjust too?

Men mostly may need reassurance about the very real benefits of taking paternity

time for their family. I think itsimportant for the men be able give paternity leave

on maternity time of his mate.

Men on paternity time will have an important role in the beginning of baby's life.

Giving the new mother time to recover allows her to build up stability to face the

challenges ahead. Taking part in the care of the baby helps the new father gain

confidence in his parenting abilities. Spending time with the baby and older

children helps form a precious bond that will last a lifetime. Paternity leave is not

a vacation -- it's valuable time that the family needs to adjust to a major change.

- And also If a women had a cesarean birth, episiotomy or otherwise difficult birth,

it may take several days or weeks to completely recover. In these situations, Dad's

help may be an absolute necessity.

Even if physically you feel great following birth, keep in mind that new moms also

need emotional support in the days and weeks following childbirth.

And also The birth of a child is the beginning of a lifelong learning experience for

both parents. During those first few days you'll realize the great responsibility of

parenthood and start adjusting to your new role. There's no better time than now

to support each other in that adjustment.

Aside from this issueIfyou already have other childs, paternity leave may will be

more essential. Caring for a newborn is challenging enough, but keeping up with

older children at the same time can be downright exhausting to a new mother.

Sometimes it's with the birth of the second or third child that the father really

feels the need for his presence.

Perhaps the most important aspect of paternity leave is that it allows time for the

father to to expend his full time with his growing family.

For this causes I think its too much important for each father to be able get

paternity leave from his job during the newborn by his mate.
