• Working with the Xyngular Recognition Concierge, Distributor will create their own personal bucket list experience.

• Example: From wine tasting through Napa, a Hawaiian getaway, VIP concert tickets, VIP treatment to go see your favorite team play, or a penthouse weekend in New York City, this is a chance to cross something off your bucket list!

GENERAL PASSPORT PROGRAM RULES AND QUALIFICATION INFORMATION

• To qualify for a level in the Passport Program, a Distributor must hit the requirement for 2 consecutive calendar months. • To redeem an award trip, Distributor must be within one rank below the requirement for the award on the last qualification month. • To redeem an award trip for Mediterranean Cruise, Exclusive Jewelry Experience, Bucket List Experience, Custom European Dream Vacation and

Personalized Dream Vacation, Distributor must be within 90% of the requirement volume for the award on the last qualification month. The Distributor must hit the qualifying rank or 90% of the qualifying rank volume at least once within 3 months of the event cut off date.

• Distributors have 12 months from qualifying for HQ Retreat, Director Invitational, and 50K Getaway to redeem their trip. Distributors can defer their qualified trips from Executive Retreat and above one time. After the specified time period to redeem the trip has expired, the Distributor forfeits the award.

• Distributors that cancel after the standard cancellation deadlines (as listed above) will forfeit their eligibility for the award. • All Distributors must be active and in good standing with Xyngular at the time of the award in order to maintain award eligibility.• For awards that are given for “two,” the qualifying Distributor can bring a spouse, partner, or immediate family member 18 years or older. Please note

that children are only invited to the 50K Getaway and the Sundance Mentor Trip at the Distributor’s own expense. • Passport Program awards are non-transferable and Xyngular only covers the costs of the qualifying Distributor (not a guest), unless otherwise noted. • Beginning with the 50K Getaway (50,000 QV), award trips may be re-attended by qualifiers at their expense. A minimum 90-day notice to Xyngular prior

to re-attending is required. • Reward trips are limited to one per household and/or partnership. • All money and equivalent award values are reported to your government tax/tariff agency as required by law. • All rules and awards are subject to change.
