Eligibility for increased benefits depends on the quantity of products purchased from BimmerTech during the previous 60 days. This is measured either by the number of products costing $299+ in a single order, or the number of separate orders totaling $299+.

BimmerTech reserves the right to disqualify dealers from the program for failing to adhere to the partnership requirements.

Offer exceptional customer service, including demonstrating product operation after installation.

Present our products to customers and answer their questions as a BimmerTech partner.

Display the provided banners in the shop and online.

Dealer ResponsibilitiesTo participate in the program, partners are expected to:

LogisticsOrderingOrders can be placed with your account manager by phone or e-mail. Payments are organized through PayPal for guaranteed security. Pay from your PayPal account or by credit card.

ShippingWe offer free delivery on all our products.

Orders are shipped either from the US by USPS Priority Mail, or from the UAE* by DHL Express. Delivery takes 2–3 working days. All packages are tracked and must be signed for upon delivery.

ReturnsWarrantyOur Premium Audio System is covered by a two-year warranty, and all other products by a one-year warranty.

Returns and exchangesReturns of non-faulty products will only be accepted with a return authorization. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Credit will be for the original cost less a 20% restocking charge. Returns must include all original parts in good condition. Dealers may be charged for missing or damaged items. Labor costs are nonrefundable.
