Continue to encourage consistent application of procurement guidelines across government departments
Provide skills and capability training for industry on government procurement practices and tender processes

Work jointly to promote greater take-up of the SME Participation Scheme
Develop targeted opportunities for SMEs to connect with government and each other
Increase awareness within government of SME capabilities by showcasing capability and innovative solutions

Jointly develop and deliver problem definition opportunities
Improve and promote early engagement process
Continue to develop use of tools such as the Innovation Hub and Innovation Portal
