• “to advance the learning, knowledge, and practice of labour integration of people with intellectual and / or mental health disabilities through a collaborative effort”

• “to share best practice for actively engaging businesses and others in the job integration of disabled people”

• “to initiate and / or engage local and pan - European networks of socially responsible companies and governments committed to the professional advancement of people with intellectual and / or mental health disabilities”
