An Overview of the Academy;

When we created the De Vere Academy, we did it with a view to making a difference to the lives ofyoung people not in education, employment or training (NEET) and to create future stars across thehospitality industry and other industry sectors.

Two years on and weve gone from strength to strength and have 9 academies across 11 sites withinthe UK running successfully. The academy does not stand still and moves forwards at all times with thesupport of local and national businesses like yourselves supporting your local apprentices.

What we do;

We train our apprentices aged 16-24 years of age In either Customer Service or Professional Cookery Over a 12 18 month duration ( Learner Led) 3 Phased Apprenticeship Programme

Working with the Apprentices Free of charge for Phase 1 & 2 Corporate and Social Responsibility Join the 300 + businesses that currently support the Academy Great PR / Marketing Exposure Friends & Family Discounts (stay for as little as 29 B&B prpn at one of our hotels!) Ongoing support / advice from Academy Team throughout the apprenticeships

Not for Profit arm of De Vere Brand Do your team need any training? We can also offer FREE training for your existing employees

( this is carried out by our External Development Team after initial assessment).
