INSTALLATION

READ THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE YOU BEGIN THE INSTALLATION

Step-1 Adjust the front seats to the forward position and remove the rear seat cushion. Step-2 Beginning with the passenger side, remove the interior lower B-pillar trim panel. To remove the trim panel, unsnap the front and rear door jamb molding, pull out on the sides of the trim panel then pull outward on the top to unsnap the trim panel from the B-pillar. Photo #1 & #2

Step-3 Remove the screw securing the upper trim panel to the B-pillar using a ratchet wrench and M7 socket. Photo #3 Pull back the front and rear rubber door seal around the upper trim panel then pull outward on the bottom, then the top to unsnap the upper trim panel from the B-pillar.

Step-4 Remove the seat belt harness bracket mounting bolt using a ratchet wrench and T-50 Torx socket. Photo #4

Step-5 Position the passenger side B-pillar bracket between the B-pillar and seat belt harness bracket. Align the smaller hole in the B-pillar bracket with the threaded insert in the B-pillar used for the upper trim panel bolt, then secure to the B-pillar bracket and seat belt harness bracket to the B-pillar using the factory Torx bolt. Tighten the Torx bolt. Photo #5

Step-6 Measure then cut and remove the ¾” x 2 ½” section from the passenger side upper trim panel. Photo #6

Step-7 Reinstall the upper trim panel, front and rear door seal, lower trim panel and front and rear door jamb moldings.

Step-8 Pull rearward to unsnap and remove the passenger side outer seat track plastic cover. Photo #7 Note: the seat track cover will not be reinstalled.

Step-9 Remove the seat track mounting bolt using a ratchet wrench and 13m socket. Slide the passenger side foot bracket under the seat track and reinstall the factory bolt. Leave the bolt loose for final adjustment. Photo #8

Repeat the above steps to install the driver side B-pillar bracket and foot bracket.

Step-7 With assistance move the partition into the vehicle through the rear door. Lean the partition back, align the partition legs with the foot brackets then slide the partition legs over the foot bracket stub tube. Photo #9

Step-8 Pivot the partition forward on the foot brackets and align the center slotted hole in the partition mounting tabs with the B-pillar brackets. Attach each of the partition mounting tabs to the B-pillar brackets using (1) 3/8” x 1” hex bolt, (2) 3/8” flat washers, (1) 3/8” lock

washer and (1) 3/8” hex nut. Leave the nuts and bolts loose for final adjustment. Photo #10

Step-9 Attach the passenger side lower filler panel to the mounting tabs using (2) ¼” x ½” flange head screws. Photo’s #11 & #12

Step-10 Attach the passenger side upper filler panel to the mounting tab and to the lower filler panel using (3) ¼” x ½” nylon slot head screws. Photo’s #13 & #14

Repeat the above steps to install the driver side upper and lower filler panel.

Step-11 Tighten the B-pillar bracket and foot bracket nuts and bolts, and seat track bolts.
