BENEFICIARY Please note: This section may be available depending on your Plan options. See paper form instructions on Page 15 for more information. Use this section to designate a beneficiary(s) to your account. A primary beneficiary is the first person or organization to receive the proceeds of a retirement plan upon the death of the plan participant. If the primary beneficiary is not living (or inactive in the case of an organization), the proceeds go to the designated contingent beneficiary.

RETIREMENT CALCULATOR This is a basic retirement calculator or account projection. Alternatively, for a more comprehensive retirement outlook, you may use the Guidance Plus application.

FUTURE INVESTMENT ELECTIONS This page allows you to change how your future contributions are allocated. Upon completion, you will be asked if you would like to realign your account balance based on your elections. This will transfer your existing assets to reflect the percentage that you just elected. The term “Investment Elections” means the instructions provided by you to direct your employer and their service provider on how to invest your future contributions for all sources of money. Any amount that is invested on your behalf will follow your Investment Elections.

REALIGNMENT This page allows you to realign your investment balances. The trades will be generated the same or next business day and will typically confirm 1 day after the trade date. After selecting the percentages to realign your current assets you will be asked if you would like to change your future investment elections. This option allows you to select how much you would like in each fund expressed as a percentage. For example, you currently have 60% in Fund A and 40% in Fund B. You would like to realign to reflect 1/3 in Fund A, B and C. To achieve this, enter 33% in each fund (one fund would be 34% to equal 100%). A transfer will be created, selling off the necessary amounts from Fund A and Fund B and transferring the amounts sold to Fund C.

TRANSFER/EXCHANGE The transfer/exchange page allows you to select the percentage of assets from any fund in which you currently have a balance and redirect those assets to any available investment option in the plan. Please note that any of the transfer options listed below will not change your future elections (Investment Elections).

AUTOMATIC REBALANCE This feature allows you to have your investment balances realigned every month, quarter, semiannually, or annually. You can choose your investment elections, or if your Plan has different investment models, you can choose one model.

MY E-STATEMENTS This page will have links to your most recent statements.
