AT&T Hosted Voice Service (HVS) – A cloud-based solution, powered by BroadSoft and managed using the Clearspan OpEasy® portal. The OpEasy portal provides the tools you need for creating and managing users’ access to your organization’s voice information. Additionally, the portal allows you to view, manage and create user accounts and modify resources such as locations, hunt groups, and phone number ranges.

Reporting – Inventory Report

1. Select Scheduling to display reports scheduled to run on a pre-defined schedule.

2. Select Send E-mail Notification check box to email the current completed report.

3. Select Start Report to begin report processing.

4. To schedule a report for later processing, select Schedule Report.
