ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring and controlling all the activities from receiving the P.O copy to

material inward to the completion of final product and dispatch

• Preparing the activity sheet for the jobs.& Arrange Kick off meeting for all

department within 2days after receipt of the order.

• Indenting of the material ( Raw material, BFC, castings & hardware items)

required for a job.(Through Developed Excel software)

• Deciding outsourced jobs in short duration after kick off meeting.

• Release of Plate Cutting & Machining sketches to the Production dept & marking

dept and issuing the material to them.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifying the critical items and following them directly with the vendors, if

possible visits the vendors shop.

• Painting specification along with area to be provided to contractor after receipt.

• Packing slip preparation for the Transport activity.

• PROJECT HANDLED: OPAL, Heavy Water Board, Usher Agro, NMDC, NALCO, UCIL,

OMPL, ACC LTD, DCIPS, ISPRL, BPCL , HMEL, JAYSHREE CHEMICAL , DAE,

I.S.S.I,ADITYA BIRLA, IOCL,VEDANTA.

Achievements:

• In Place Of New Forgings ,By Using Non Movable Forgings in OMPL Project

From Forging Yard Save Around 1,60,000 Rs. By reducing Forgings

Inventory.
