The world of the 1950’s is at the back of her mind each time her watercolour-brush swirls across paper. Caitlin Marie Shearer is a freelance artist, nanny and old fashioned young lady with a flair for quirky designs and hearty literature.Her inspiration is not only sourced from classic past eras; but from artists and muscians alike. Andy Warhol and Kate Bush are amongst the many she would like to meet in this life and the next. RedRubyTaylor Swift and her new album, ‘Red’ are capturing not only the hearts of lovesick young girls, but also adults alike.

Despite the predictable lyrics about heartbreak and disastrous relatonships, Taylor suprised fans and skeptics with a vibrant new sound. Each track features a mixture of pop, countryand a hint of dance beat. and a hint of dance beat.

Taylor also included a track on the album dedicated to a young boy, Ronan, who died of cancer in May, 2011. The song was madeto help raise funds for cancer research.

The album is made up of 16 catchy and unique tracks that are described as ‘addictive’ by many adoring fans acrossthe globe.
