CURRENT PROFILE

I am currently executive director of Cleantech, a consultancy for sustainable development. Since 2010, I’ve provided commercial and technical ser-vices to 120 global clients. I was as a construction professional on Poland’s first sustainable city be-ing designed from a greenfield by the European of-fice of DZP and Warsaw based MAU. I published the region’s first green building directory for LEED certifications. I manage a team of eight profession-als. I developed innovative products to promote green building. For instance, I published the re-gion’s only renewable energy power asset database, which technology suppliers use to know which de-velopers are building solar and wind projects.

During my seven year tenure as executive director, I grew the company to 350,000 USD in annual sales and a full time staff of 8 employees. The following are a summary of my key achievements:

GREEN BUILDING

- Published the region’s first green building directory for LEED and BREEAM certification- Promoted sustainable development, chairing a smart grid workshop with senior management- Technical consultant for Alta SA in the construction of Poland’s first sustainable city, Siewierz Jeziorna- Developed a marketing plan for Skanska to celebrate 20 years of green building leadership “Deep Green”- Provided technical consultation for energy efficient construction in Wrocław on behalf of Siemens

- reviewed construction drawings, make cost estimates for projects- met with Indiana and Buffalo township officials to approve plans- coordinated with real estate agents to maintain and update property listings- conducted inspections on custom framed homes, making punch out lists - suggested improvements to plan to improve connectivity and access- worked with vendors to obtain best pricing

I was a project manager for two high performance residential programs: EarthCraft House and Build IQ.

- inspected homes in Pittsburgh, Atlanta and Denver for compliance with program requirements- met with builders including Heartland and Pulte to discuss performance objectives- modeled thermal and moisture transfer for Georgia Pacific (plywood construction assemblies)- trained as a home energy rater, passed the HERS rater examination (98/100)- developed construction quality recommendations for BuildIQ program- assisted VP of marketing to develop sales and marketing proposals
