Restaurants • One thing to do in in Paris is to visit some restaurants. Three

recommended restaurants are Le Meurice, L'Astrance, Huitrerie Regis.

• Le Meurice is located at the heart of the city over looking Tuileries Gardens. The menu includes green ravioli with a fricassee of snails and wild garlic, a starter, and spit-roasted red-wine marinated pigeon with red cabbage and apple juice,.

• L’Astrance is a three star restaurant located on a  side street in the 16th arrondissement.  Signature dishes include galette of finely sliced button mushrooms and verjus marinated foie gras dressed with hazelnut oil, or turbot with baby spinach and sea urchins.

• Huitrerie Regis is located at the heart of Saint Germain des Pres. Dishes may include impeccably fresh oysters, plateau de fruits de mer with prawns, clams and sea urchins if available , also can be served with bread and butter.
