The aim of the program “Panorama of Investments in Cyprus” is to assist companies to promote their products and services in overseas markets, promoting, at the same time Cyprus, as a center for international businesses.

The philosophy of the program is that thematic events and cultural activities is a driving force that helps to bring businesses and individuals

closer together, contributing in creating strong cooperation ties and enhancing business development opportunities.

The plan is to organize promotional events in target markets, bringing together businessmen, government

ofcials, commercial delegations, celebrities and investors, to present them with the possibilities offered for investing in Cyprus.

Specialized thematic business events are an important part of the strategy to create more opportunities and attract clients and investors in vast and exciting markets such as Russia. Business, Trade and Cultural ties between Cyprus and Russia have being ourishing in recent years.

The changing environment, however and the increased interest from many other markets to attract business and Investment from Russia, requires continues and enhanced efforts to keep Cyprus on the map, particularly in this turbulent period for the global economy.

Objectives

The implementation of the program will commence in January 2013 and will extend for sufcient period to maximize benet for the partners and sponsors. The following are the main activities of the program:

Partners and sponsors will be given the opportunity to meet the group of investors and buyers thru targeted events that will be organized both in Cyprus and abroad.

Identify and select appropriate partners and sponsors that will participate in the program, aiming for the resulting benets.

Build up a comprehensive list of potential investors, businessmen and individuals, interested to invest, buy property and establish business in Cyprus.

Organize group participation in exhibitions, shows and events to promote the partners and sponsors and, identify and select a targeted group of prospective clients and investors.

Organize road-shows and specic events in Cyprus and abroad, targeting potential clients and investors for the benet of partners and sponsors.

We present companies and their projects, properties and investment proposals in selected exhibitions in Russia, Middle East, China and other countries Europe. The program is implemented in cooperation with DEALMASTERS D.M. LTD.

For many companies, participation in important property fairs and exhibitions is not always possible. The turnaround time, participation fees, airfare, accommodation and food can add up to prohibitive amounts.

It is important, however, to maintain an active presence in the international market, to present their products and services to potential investors and clients, generate leads for sales, obtain feedback on the competitiveness of their offering and stay informed about the latest industry trends and developments.

We can achieve a high-prole international presence for these companies, at a fraction of the cost. Our representatives are highly experienced in marketing and investments, can deal knowledgeably and professionally with potential investors or clients, coordinate meetings and make presentations to achieve results.

Exhibitions RepresentationExhibitions representation is the core activity of the program. The plan is

to organize group participation for partners and sponsors in major

exhibitions in the target countries, in a most efcient and cost effective

way.

The aim is to represent a limited number of companies and important

projects, that cover the entire range of investment and business

proposals.

For the promotion of sponsors, companies and investment proposals,

space will be rented in each of the exhibitions, to be used as the basis

for the representation of companies participating in the program.

We will plan, at the same time, meetings with companies, clients and

investors arranged through our contacts, and promotion through our PR

ofce that operates in the target markets.

Our consulting team consists of highly experienced professionals in business, marketing and investments, and qualied language interpreters. Our team, representing a selected portfolio of companies, projects, properties and investment proposals from Cyprus, will be in the best position to build up a comprehensive list of potential investors and clients, businessmen and individuals, interested to invest, buy property, visit or establish business on the island.

The opportunity to organize a targeted event, to invite a selected group

The initial plan is to organize events in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kiev, Riga, Beirut, Tel Aviv, Bucharest and other major cities. The cultural, artistic and social events will be followed by business symposiums where partners, sponsors, investors and buyers will have the opportunity to meet personally and discuss business over a drink.

Business EventThe business event will be held prior to a concert, cultural or artistic event, in the same venue and will deal specically with the promotional activities of the business meeting. VIP quests, potential investors and clients will be invited to a presentation for Cyprus as a business centre and an excellent place to leave and invest in property, presenting at the same time participating companies, their products and services, and individual projects, properties and investment proposals.Parallel events will attract interest such as a Cocktail/Reception will follow during which selected personalities, ofcials, executives, celebrities of the local community will be awarded for their offer and contribution to society. The venue of the business event will be decorated with a photo exhibition with selected photos, banners or even project and property models.

In 2011, he lead the project team, as coordinator, for developing the cultural strategy for the city of Limassol for 2012-2017 and for preparing the bid for the title of European Capital of Culture 2017.
