Street to south of Armoury Street will be closed, barricaded and accessible exclusively

for the arrival of accredited individuals.

16:00 hrs to 24:00 hrs Bay Street will be closed from Queen Street to Dundas Streetutilizing the assigned personnel to accommodate spectators.

Pan Festival at Nathan Philips Square

3.2.7.1 Venue Road ClosureA road closure of Bay Street between Queen Street West and Dundas Street West will

be in effect on Friday and Saturday evenings as an overflow area for crowds. Local traffic

will be permitted to access the closure by way of a 2 way conversion of the Bay Street,

northbound lanes from Albert Street to Dundas Street West, with the assistance of the

Police.
