Yesterday evening as I was opening my mail Ifound a card sent for my wife to me. Thecard, the picture of Jeanka and the noteenclosed brought tears to my eyes. Not beingable to be with my wife of 55 years is verydifficult, yet I know that it is best for Jeankaand all the other residents at Edgewood.

Every day I thank the Lord for all He hasgiven Jeanka and me, and especially for havingJeanka cared for at Edgewood Assisted Living.Over the years that Jeanka has been there Ihave watched her receive love and superb carefrom all employees who come in contact withher. That experience is making this difficulttime for me a time of thanksgiving to God forI know He is doing what is best for Jeanka.

Please thank all the employees at Edgewood, especially those in the Terrace, for all the loveand care they give to Jeanka and all theresidents at Edgewood. I really miss Jeankabut I also miss them. May God shower Hisblessings on them for all the love and care theyshare.
