Dinosaur Man

• The introductory essay describes a young child’s fascination with dinosaurs. Can you remember a time in your life when you were similarly fascinated? Maybe your fascination wasn’t with dinosaurs. Maybe you focused your energy on a new toy or a video game or your first cell phone or a sport or maybe even a subject in school.

• Write a good body paragraph (that is, one with a strong topic sentence, several supporting sentences, and a strong clincher sentence to wrap it up) about the fascination. Include at least 5 list words from this chapter.
