Eurimages supports 12 European co-productions STRASBOURG, 05.07.2007 -- At its 106th meeting held from 1 – 3 July 2007 in Strasbourg, the Board of Management of the Council of Europe's Eurimages Fund agreed to support 12 feature films for a total amount of 4 380 000 Euros. In the framework of the theatres Support Programme, the Board of Management has decided to include the theatre Cinecity Kipa in Izmir (Turkey). The Eurimages/Europa Cinemas’ network counts 40 theatres in the following countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, "The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia" and Turkey. The Board of Management has set the meeting dates for 2008 as well as the deadlines for submission of applications for support: Eurimages’ Board of Managment meeting dates (the shooting must not start before the end of the meeting during which the co-production project is examined)

Since its establishment, EURIMAGES has supported 1154 European co-productions for a total amount of more than 339 million Euros.
