Layout Styles and Item Styles

Currently

• Display Styles are configured per Widget limiting

configuration scalability and flexibility

Future

• Layout Styles will define how Items are arranged (Banner, slideshow, carousel, listing, grid, etc.)

• Item Styles will define how individual items are

displayed (Image with Block Text, Image with Text Overlay, Row, etc.).

Layout and Items styles can be selected to produce

many more combinations than possible currently

Custom Content Types

Currently

• Only a limited number of platform

wide content types are available

Future

• Sites will be able to create their

own custom content types

Redirection options

• Bulk Redirection rules will allow whole areas of a

site to be redirected to an external site(Intended to support existing microsite after migration)

• Page Redirection rules will allow individual pages

to be redirected to an external site(Intended to promotional URLs hosting externally to the platform)

• Applying these rules as part of the ‘404 file not

found’ process allows us to support ‘live

migrations’
