For over fifteen years Maguire has provided financial and construction oversight services to the

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP).

During this time, we have provided services for a range of projects, including a number of high-

profile projects such as the sports stadiums in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. Other projects in-

clude building construction and renovations, office and industrial park developments, hospitals

and universities, sports facilities, museums, theaters, and parks — ranging in project costs from

$1 million to over $45 million.

Maguire’s SERVICES TO LENDERS include construction monitoring for various projects that

provide our clients with a professional opinion of the project status in terms of percentage of

completion, adherence to drawings, specifications and project budget.

Maguire Group has provided Project Oversight Services to the Pennsylvania Office of the Budget for many of the capital projects funded through the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program. Maguire’s role is to protect the Commonwealth’s interests and investment by reviewing grant application materials and providing monitoring during the project’s construction phase. Responsibilities include general project oversight, funding and cash flow projections, schedule monitoring, quality assurance, prevailing wage rates, Steel Products Procurement, Trade Practices Acts, and other grant compliance requirements. Maguire Group has overseen projects for the Office of the Budget totaling over $2.1 billion.
