Communication
• Daily updates with photos will be sent in the parents Google Hangouts.
• Students will be given some time after debrief session on Day 1 and Day 2 to contact parents.
Learning Materials
• Reflection Journal in iPad
Room Arrangement
• Rooms are differentiated by gender for different level.
• Room numbers of staff will be shared with all students for emergency contact.
• There will be at least one staff room at each level.
• No students are allowed to enter another student’s room.
• Boys are strictly NOT allowed to enter the girls’ rooms. Likewise, girls are NOT allowed to enter the boys’ rooms AT ALL TIMES.
Code of Conduct
Admirals are expected to observe and adhere strictly to the Code of Conduct at all times.
Students who disregard the Code of Conduct may not be allowed to participate in the activities.
Code of Conduct is articulated in the Student Handbook
Code of Conduct
1. Please follow the instructions given by teachers/tour guides at all times.
2. Always move with your buddy.
3. Seek permission from your teachers if you need to go to the washroom.
4. When your teacher raises her/his hand to gain your attention, please pay attention, keep quiet and raise your hand to show your readiness.
5. Purchases from shops in Malaysia are not allowed.
Code of Conduct - Mobile Devices
1. The Code of Conduct for use of mobile devices applies to all technologies used by students. Mobile devices refers to mobile phones, tablets, laptops and smart watches.
2. Use of mobile devices are not allowed throughout the trip, unless you are told to do so. Your mobile device will be confiscated if you are found using it.
3. You hold the full responsibility for the safety of your mobile device.4. Make sure you have switched off the data roaming.

What happens if you do not have a working ODT with you on Day 1?
• You will not be able to join the trip
• You will join the Learning in-lieu programme in school
• You will not be able to refund the cost from the insurance
