HOTEL PRODUCTION GUIDELINES

FOR OUTSIDE AUDIO VISUAL PROVIDERS, PRODUCTION COMPANIES, GENERAL CONTRACTORS, AND

SHOW MANAGEMENT

The wide spectrum of meetings, conferences, seminars and other activities that are

staged at Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile require the establishment of

certain guidelines relative to coordination of services, liability and safety.

These guidelines apply to all outside General Contractors, Show Management,

Production and Audio Visual companies working at Chicago Marriott Downtown

Magnificent Mile. Please read the entire document, sign and return the

Acknowledgement page, and forward other required documents and information in a

timely fashion prior to event (see Addendum “C” for timeline details).

1. OPERATING SPECIFICATIONS

Outside General Contractors, Show Management, Production or AV Companies (“Vendors”) can work within

Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile (“Hotel”) under the following circumstances:

1.1 Current CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE on file with Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile with copy to

PSAV® that shows:

1.1.1 Comprehensive general liability insurance, including contractual liability and liability for personal

injury, bodily injury, property damage and $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general

aggregate.

1.1.2 Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile, Hotel Owner (DiamondRock Hospitality Co.), PSAV®,

and Hotel management, employees and agents named as an additional insured.

1.1.3 Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile, Hotel Owner (DiamondRock Hospitality Co.), PSAV®,

and Hotel management, employees and agents named as an additional Loss Payee.

1.1.4 The certificate must provide coverage for GL coverage. 1.1.5 Automobile liability insurance including all owned, non-owned, and hired

vehicles used in conjunction with the Vendor’s services for bodily injury or property damage with combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence.

1.2 A signed copy of these Hotel Production Guidelines on file with the Hotel.

1.3 Vendor must have $5000 security deposit on-file with Hotel to cover damages that may occur during movement and/or operation of any equipment. Any required repair services or fees incurred by Hotel as a result of the Vendor, its employees, subcontractors, or agents will be deducted from this amount and the balance refunded within thirty (30) days.

1.4 All Local, State, Federal and Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile codes and regulations are followed.

1.5 All connections to the building’s power sources are handled strictly by PSAV®. Production or AV companies are responsible for all charges for connecting to and usage of the Hotel’s power sources. THIS IS

NOT A COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE OF THE HOTEL. All charges will be at PSAV® prevailing rates.

1.6 Physical rigging must be done by PSAV®. All ceiling hanging & rigging must be conducted by qualified

PSAV® personnel or their agents. Production or AV companies are responsible for all charges. THIS IS

NOT A COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE OF THE HOTEL. All charges will be at PSAV® prevailing rates. 1.7 Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile has no storage facilities for equipment or empty roadcases.

This is the responsibility of the Vendor.

1.8 Compliance with Event Supervision policy related to Load-in / Load-out Supervision and Event Liaison requirements.

1.9 Wireless Microphone Frequency Coordination: Please refer to Exhibit “A” at the back of this document.

1.10 Vendor is encouraged to provide a walkie-talkie or direct in-house phone extension to hotel in order

to establish direct link communications in the event that a problem arises with the equipment or

personnel.

1.11 Pyrotechnics or other forms of hot metal sparks falling or flying either indoors or outdoors are not permitted.

1.12 Water, chemical or dry ice fog/haze machines are not permitted inside the hotel.

1.13 Customer and Vendor must receive approval for Aerial Performances from PSAV Rigging Services and PSAV Risk Management 14 days in advance of rigging for an Aerial Performance. Such approval requires Customer and Vendor agreement to Additional Terms and Conditions indemnifying Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile et al and PSAV. Such requirements and Instructions will be provided upon submission of rigging advances by Vendor at least 21 days prior to the event.

1.14 Vendor accepts responsibility for any costs assessed to inspect or replace sprinkler heads or smoke

sensors that have been discharged in the course of an event. Vendor will be held responsible for any

costs or fines assessed by the Fire Department for a false alarm resulting from the unauthorized

discharge of pyrotechnics or smoke.

1.15 Vendor must adhere to all codes, rules and guidelines set forth in the “Event Planning Guide, Fire &

Safety Guidelines and Other Regulations” document, as provided by the City of Chicago.

1.16 A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is required for any chemicals utilized by Vendor

2. LOAD-IN / LOAD-OUT INSTALLATION & DISMANTLING

2.1 The Vendor will work with the Hotel to outline the exact days and times for both load-in and load-

out.

2.2 The installation and construction of wooden stages may not be done unless Visqueen / Poly-Tak is

installed under the entire area that the stage will encompass. No nails or bracing wires used in

production set- ups may be attached to the building. No paintings, mixing of chemicals or explosive

materials are allowed inside the hotel. No sawing or cutting of materials with any power tool is

allowed within the hotel.

2.3 The schedule of times and number of vehicles used for load-in/out, production or entertainment events

must be submitted in writing to the Event Manager a minimum of ten (10) days prior to move-in.

2.4 Any tape applied to floors, carpets, etc., must be approved by management in advance. Hotel property

must be returned in the condition originally received by Vendor. This includes the removal of all refuse.

All charges for cleaning and repair will be the responsibility of the Vendor. The use of packaging tape,

duct tape and electrical tape is prohibited on floor surfaces or walls.

2.5 All subcontractors hired by Vendor will adhere to all guidelines listed in this document. Any damage

incurred in their specific work areas will be the responsibility of Vendor.

2.6 For all load-in & load-out, the presence of a PSAV® load-in/load-out supervisor will be required at

prevailing hourly rates. THIS IS NOT A COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE OF THE HOTEL. All charges will be at

PSAV® prevailing rates.

2.7 Masonite or Visqueen / Poly-tak must be used by Vendor, at cost to Vendor, for floor protection before

using any pallet jacks, fork-lifts, equipment, vehicles, etc. that may be deemed by Hotel or PSAV® as

hazardous to flooring. The assigned event manager can assist in determining what includes proper

protection.

2.8 All production equipment delivered to meeting rooms will be transported through service corridors.

Equipment or road boxes are not to be transported through public areas. Use of guest elevators is not permitted.

2.9 Audio visual equipment to be used in any guest rooms must be delivered, set-up and operated by

PSAV® personnel. Vendor or Client is responsible for all labor costs that will result. THIS IS NOT A

COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE OF THE HOTEL. All charges will be at PSAV® prevailing rates.

2.10 No equipment is allowed in foyer areas without consent from the Hotel Event Manager. 2.11 Tripod projection screens are not allowed in meetings held in ballroom meeting space (Grand, Chicago, Marriott, Avenue).

3. PERSONNEL

3.1 The Vendor is responsible to hire licensed, competent personnel to set-up, operate and remove their

equipment. The Vendor is responsible for the actions of its personnel, subcontractors, and agents.

3.2 All labor employed by Vendor, regardless of their craft, must wear a company uniform shirt identifying

their employer. T-shirts are NOT acceptable. Vendor personnel, subcontractors and agents’ clothing

will be neat, reflecting an overall tidy appearance to conform to the Chicago Marriott Downtown

Magnificent Mile image. Nametags for all personnel is required.

3.3 Smoking is prohibited within the entire facility.

3.4 Eating or drinking is prohibited within the facility during load-in/out. Room Service or catered meals are

allowed, per the client’s request at a cost. THIS IS NOT A COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE OF THE HOTEL.

All charges will be at PSAV® prevailing rates. Beverages will be restricted to non-alcoholic dur ing set-up and

tear-down. Vendors are not permitted to use Hotel’s employee cafeteria .

3.5 Food and beverages staged or stored in hotel service corridors are property of Chicago Marriott

Downtown Magnificent Mile and not to be touched by Vendors.

3.6 The possession or use of intoxicants on Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile property or job sites

is prohibited. Possession or use of drugs is prohibited, other than medicine prescribed by the employee’s

physician. Violation will result in immediate removal of the individual from the premises and possible

legal action.

3.7 The possession of guns, explosives or weapons of any kind is prohibited. Fighting, physical violence,

creating a disturbance, horseplay, disorderly conduct or use of abusive language is a violation of

Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile policy and will result in immediate removal of the

individual from the premises and possible legal action.

3.8 Gambling is not permitted within the facility.

3.9 Theft, attempted theft, misappropriation of property or the aiding of such acts will result in immediate

removal and possible criminal prosecution.

4. RIGGING

4.1 All connections to the ceiling or roof supporting structure of the hotel will be made by PSAV®, the

exclusive rigging contractor of Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. PSAV® is responsible for

the advance approval and installation of everything that is suspended overhead.

4.2 Rigging regulations, labor and equipment pricing, and ballroom drawings from PSAV® can be obtained

from their respective representative (see addendum “B”)

4.3 PSAV® is the exclusive provider of chain hoists at Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. 4.4 Please see addendum “B” for further information about rigging policies and costs.

5. SIGNAGE

5.1 All requests for the placement of group direction and informational signs should be forwarded to your

Event Manager in advance for approval. We request that all materials be professionally printed. A

limited number of hotel easels may be available through your Event Manager for your use.

5.2 The placement of signs, placards, banners, announcements or distribution of any periodicals is

prohibited without the consent of Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile.

5.3 Signs may not be taped, attached by Velcro or pinned to any wall surface.

6. BANNERS

6.1 Contact PSAV® to request banner hanging services. Request a copy of the most current “Hotel Banner Guidelines.”

6.2 All requests for placement of banners should be forwarded to PSAV® in advance for approval.

6.3 All lightweight banners intended to be attached to the ceiling or roof structure of the hotel must be

attached and removed by PSAV® personnel only. THIS IS NOT A COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE OF THE

HOTEL. All charges will be at PSAV® prevailing rates.

6.4 All banners and signs that are flown or hung overhead in a common area of the hotel need to be

constructed on vinyl or flame resistant, as outlined by the NFPA, or cloth fabric. Hard material of any

kind cannot be suspended overhead in any public area or the hotel. This applies to the surface material,

top or bottom battens or rods, or any stiffening device. PSAV® rigging staff will attach soft wooden

battens to the top of the banner or sign using short staples for hanging purposes.

6.5 Velcro is not acceptable as a means of attaching a banner to any structure or to other flown material.

6.6 Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile will make every effort to approve the location and position

of banners and signs as designated by the meeting planner. Safety is the dominating concern for

anything that is suspended overhead. PSAV® is responsible for the final approval of banner

construction, configuration and placement.

7. ELECTRICAL SERVICES

7.1 All electrical services must be coordinated through PSAV®, the exclusive electrical contractor of Chicago

Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile.

7.2 It is the responsibility of the Production or AV Company to provide PSAV® with a detailed list of all power

requirements at least 14 days prior to event load-in. There is a charge for all electrical connections and service.

THIS IS NOT A COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE OF THE HOTEL. All charges will be at PSAV® prevailing rates.

8. FLOORPLAN REVIEW & FIRE LIFE SAFETY

8.1 A complete & accurate floor-plan drawn to scale and indicating the date of issue, will need to be

presented to the Event Manager for City of Chicago Fire Marshal review at least 14 days prior to the first

day of load-in.

8.2 All drape used, must be fire retardant, as outlined by the NFPA or authority having jurisdiction, and

certificates of such must be provided to the Event Manager.

8.3 All exits will need to be clearly identified as such, even more so when blocking exits by using pipe &

drape. Temporary battery-operated illuminated exit signs will need to be attached to the pipe & drape,

indicating where the exit paths are behind stage. The exit paths behind the stage cannot be obstructed

by any materials and will need to be at least 6 ft. wide.

8.4 All road cases, lids, workboxes, etc. must be removed from backstage area. There are to be no

cases left in room per Chicago Fire Code. Please arrange for separate AV case storage room

or please make arrangements to have cases loaded and removed from property for duration of

event.

8.5 The City of Chicago Fire Marshal may require a Fire Watch (also known as an Impairment

Coordinator). Additional requirements may be ordered by the Fire Marshal as needed. Charges

as a result of Fire Watch and additional requirements by City of Chicago Fire Marshal are the

responsibility of the Customer.

9. SECURITY

9.1 The Vendor is responsible for the security of its own equipment at all times. When hiring outside

security, that firm must appear on the Hotel’s list of pre-approved Security firms.

9.2 Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile requires a current certificate of insurance on file from any security firm Vendor wants to use.

9.3 All security personnel must be in uniform with acceptable grooming standards.

9.4 Smoking is not permitted in the facility. No eating in public areas.

9.5 No firearms are permitted in the facility.

9.6 No sitting when visible in public areas.

9.7 All meal breaks are to be taken in designated areas.

9.8 The Hotel or PSAV® will not be held liable for lost, damaged, or stolen freight, Exhibitor materials or audio visual equipment

9.9 The Hotel’s Security personnel reserve the right to inspect any carton, container, briefcase, luggage or package brought into or taken out of Exhibit areas.

10. SHIPPING AND RECEIVING

10.1 All shipments arriving at the hotel loading dock are subject to FedEx shipping, receiving and handling

charges.

11. CLEANING AND CUSTODIAL SERVICES

11.1 It is the responsibility of the Vendor to clean any area that they use and to remove any tape residue,

used tape or large stains. A walk-through at the end of the event will be done by a PSAV®

representative (Event Supervisor).

12. DAMAGES

12.1 A refundable $5000 security deposit is required to protect the Hotel from any damage that may

occur to Hotel by Vendor, its employees, subcontractors, or agents during transportation

and/or operation of audio visual equipment or exhibitor freight. A check or valid credit card number

must be delivered to your Hotel Event Manager no later than ten (10) days prior to arrival. Any services

or fees will be deducted from this amount and the balance refunded within thirty (30) days. Repairs to

freight lift and venue elevators are billed at prevailing service rates.

12.2 Inspections of the meeting space and back hallways are to be made prior to installation and upon

completion of load-out by the Vendor. These inspections will be done by a PSAV® representative

(Event Supervisor).

12.3 Damage to hotel furniture, fixtures and equipment are the responsibility of the Vendor.

12.4 An acknowledgement of damages, if any, will be presented to the Vendor’s on-site representative at the

end of the event.

12.5 Claims for damages in excess of security deposit will be submitted to the Vendor in writing within ten (10) business days following the final walk-through.

12.6 All outside Production / Audio Visual companies are responsible for trash removal associated with their areas. If trash removal is not completed, the Group will be charged a cleaning fee of not less than $500.

13. MISCELLANEOUS

13.1 FOR THE MOST UP-TO-DATE CITY OF CHICAGO REQUIREMENTS, REFER TO THE “EVENT PLANNING

GUIDE, FIRE AND SAFETY GUIDELINES AND OTHER REGULATIONS” DOCUMENT AS PROVIDED BY THE

CITY OF CHICAGO.

14. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I have received, read and understand Hotel Production Guidelines and will enforce them when hiring

Vendors to work at Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. I understand Vendors and their

subcontractors who fail to adhere to these guidelines may be restricted from working at Chicago

Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile, may result in financial penalties, and may delay the event opening

until full compliance is achieved.

Hotel Production Guidelines

ADDENDUM “A”

WIRELESS MICROPHONE COORDINATION

Wireless microphones are available for rental from PSAV®. A list of frequencies utilized by the hotel will be made

available to outside companies. Based on need, additional wireless systems may also be in use.

Vendors are required to coordinate their wireless microphone frequency selections with the provided list. Interference/

inter-modulation of any kind with PSAV’s wireless microphone systems or those of any other hotel client will require

reprogramming or disabling of your source.

Vendors shall provide detailed information on all wireless equipment being brought in by Vendor and that

which needs to be rented from PSAV® 21-days prior to arrival. Detailed information must include:

1. Intended frequencies

2. Equipment type

3. Load-in dates, usage date AND locations

In cases of extensive property-wide wireless equipment use, you may be required by the hotel to procure advance

frequency coordination by a professional consultant, on-site professional frequency coordination assistance and/or a

PSAV® representative. Vendors shall contract directly with PSAV® to arrange for their frequency planning and on-site

services.

Guidelines for General Contractors, Production and Audio Visual

ADDENDUM “B”

RIGGING

To maintain quality and to protect the Hotel, its customers and guests, Vendors are NOT permitted to hang any

equipment from the ceiling, existing hang points or other structural supports built into the facility.

All rigging must be ordered through PSAV®.

Rigging services will be divided into two classifications:

Class A – production rigging including but not limited to the suspension of audio, video, lighting

and/or scenic elements (spandex, hard sets, etc), within the hotel handled by PSAV®.

Class B – exhibit rigging including but not limited to the suspension of banners, booth elements,

and/or exhibit décor, within the hotel handled by PSAV®.

Class C – Production or exhibit rigging including but not limited to the placement of

points, truss or other fixtures by PSAV® for the purpose of supporting aerial performance

and components used in connection to that activity by another third party rigging

company.

Written documentation must be provided to PSAV® including a NOT TO EXCEED suspend total weight per point.

Structural weight limitations can be obtained through Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile.

Please submit your rigging request and rigging diagram at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the event. Due to

procedures and scheduling, all rigging requests made inside of the 21 day window prior to load-in may be subject

to late-fees for express review and approval. All rigging requests are to be directed to PSAV® by sending written

plans and schematics to Michael Guidry ([email protected]) and Mingyar Feliciano ([email protected]). The

following information will also be required:

(A) Description of the item(s) to be hung

(B) Weight of each item

(C) Name of the Audio Visual, Production or Exposition Company handling the event

Further, it is prohibited to hang anything from the air wall tracks, through the sprinklers, chandeliers or from any other

lighting fixture in any of the conference areas.

A $2,000,000 certificate of insurance is required by all outside vendors and their subcontractors at least thirty (30) days

prior to move-in. Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile and PSAV® must be named on the certificate as

“Additional Insured.” (See COI information, section 1.1). Please forward certificate to PSAV® by emailing it to

Michael Guidry ([email protected]) and Mingyar Feliciano ([email protected]) as no work may begin on property

without this certificate on file.

RIGGING CHARGES

Minimum of (2) Riggers (Lead & Ground) required at $135/hr. per Rigger (8 Hour minimum). Early morning, late

evening and weekend hours are subject to increased labor costs. Rigging labor requests should be made at

least twenty-one (21) days prior to the event. Rigging labor requests made inside of the 21 day window prior to

load-in may be subject to late-fees and/or higher hourly labor rates.

$190.00 per rigging point, per day – includes (1) chain hoist and rigging hardware

$345 per day for PSAV Scissor Lift rental, required for rigging load-in/load-out. Vendors may bring in rented lifts.

No overnight storage is available on-site for rented lifts. Scissor Lifts must not be left in any ballroom space during

live events.

A charge of $250 per event will be assessed for a comprehensive safety review by our Rigging Supervisor. This

review will verify point load calculations, staffing needs, equipment needs, and CAD support to provide feedback

on the initial rigging plot. Additional CAD assistance is available if needed and can be provided for an additional

charge.

Note, all Labor and rigging price estimates are based on production schedule and SOW. Actual costs may

increase with unforeseen rigging complexities, plot changes, delays, etc. AV Rental prices may be subject to

Marriott Service Charge and applicable sales tax.

PSAV® is the exclusive production rigger for Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile.

No other company will be allowed to rig or attach to the building’s structure in any way.

Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile and/or PSAV® hold the right to refuse any or all rigging components and load being used by outside

production companies to be flown if it is deemed unsafe by Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile and/or PSAV®. If any rigging component is

deemed unsafe, the outside production company will have an opportunity to provide approved rigging components or PSAV® will make every

attempt to provide replacement components along with the associated cost. Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile, PSAV® and its contracted

riggers only assume responsibility for the integrity of the building’s structure and provided rigging hardware. Any outside production company must

provide an appropriate insurance policy as outlined in the Official Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile Production Guidelines, ensuring that

their rigging components and suspended items are covered in their policy. These components include but are not limited to fly grids, speaker rigging

hardware, lighting instruments, décor/ set pieces, cabling, video projectors, truss, lasers, etc. All rigging components must be stamped “made in

the USA” and include a working load limit. Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile, PSAV® and its contracted riggers may require verification

of maintenance/inspection records for any rigging component being provided by outside Production Company. Outside production companies also

must follow the structural engineering guidelines of the facility as relates to dynamic and static loading. All rigs, including everything flown or

attached to the building’s structure, must be submitted for approval to PSAV® at a minimum of two weeks prior to load in. Labor and rigging

hardware needs are estimated based on production schedule and SOW. Actual costs may increase with unforeseen rigging complexities, plot

changes, delays, etc.

ADDENDUM “C” TIMELINE

>30 days in advance of arrival: Certificate of Insurance is required 30 days in advance of arrival of outside contractor, evidencing $2,000,000 of commercial general liability insurance, naming Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile, Hotel Owner (DiamondRock Hospitality Co.), PSAV®, and Hotel management, employees and agents named as an additional insured.

>21 days in advance of arrival: Details regarding wireless RF usage are required 21 days in advance of arrival, including wireless microphone frequencies, equipment type, and usage dates. A copy of any entertainment riders need to be submitted for approval and should be sent to your Conference/Catering Manager either 21 days prior to arrival date or 21 days prior to submission of your Event Orders, whichever date is sooner.

Rigging requests, lighting plots with load weights, and rigging labor schedules are due for approval 21 days in advance of arrival. Rigging requests made inside of the 21 day window prior to load-in may be subject to late-fees for express review and approval. >14 days in advance of arrival:

A complete set of diagrams is required 14 days in advance of arrival that includes stage sizes, cable runs, blue prints of any set pieces, and scale seating floorplan for submission to Chicago Fire Marshal. All power requirements are also due at this time, including single-phase and three-phase service requests and powerstrips for all meeting rooms, registration, and office areas. All electrical services must be coordinated through PSAV®, the exclusive electrical contractor of Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile.

>10 days in advance of arrival: A complete Schedule of Events is required 10 days in advance of arrival including load-in and load-out dates and times, a schedule of audio testing, loading dock usage dates and times, vehicle load-in and load-out dates and times, and ballroom power tie-in/disconnect labor schedules. A signed copy of Hotel Productions Guidelines is due at this time as well. Please provide these documents to your Conference/Catering Manager in a timely fashion to avoid potential for delays.

ADDITIONAL FEES

EVENT SUPERVISION Chicago Marriott’s Event Supervision policy is designed to provide our clients and third-party audio visual suppliers and drayage companies with the necessary guidance and information to produce successful events at our facility. An Event Supervisor oversees aspects of transportation within the hotel, and acts as a daily connection between vendors, hotel departments, presenters, and meeting planners to maintain the quality of hotel’s service standards. Furthermore, the policy is in place to protect and maintain the facility and its assets from damage and misconduct during load-in / load-out and production movements throughout the hotel and ensure overall safety. Any person or company utilizing the hotel’s back hallways, freight lift, employee elevators, hotel dock and garage entrance to transport equipment, freight, products or other goods will be held accountable to the supervision fees implemented by Chicago Marriott management. This service includes, but is not limited to, the following:

· PSAV representative to support the outside AV company and/or the meeting planner prior to the event · Expert knowledge of hotel capabilities and limitations · Proper staffing throughout the meeting to assist with daily on-site needs · Coordinate back-of-house access and ID badges · Inspect and review meeting space with clients before and after events · Provide room layout and recommended cabling routes · Confirm and coordinate load-out times · Reserve dock access and freight elevator use

Event Supervision, required for all Event-days and Load-in / Load-out:

Regular Weekday / Weekend hours - 6:00am-6:00pm

Event Liaison - $100/hr. with 8 hour minimum *Liaison hours based on conference daily schedule

Overnight hours - 6:00pm-6:00am

Event Liaison - $150/hr. with 4 hour minimum *Liaison hours based on conference daily schedule

ELECTRICAL SERVICES All electrical services must be coordinated through PSAV®, the exclusive electrical contractor of Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. It is the responsibility of the Production or AV Company to provide PSAV® with a detailed list of all power requirements 14 days prior to event load-in.
