EUROMILK offers high-end self-loading bale wrappers with front loading. EM SCORPIO stands for the highest quality, speed of wrapping, failure-free and innovative solutions. Our wrapper provides the perfect combination of proven technology, robust construction and reliable operation.

The machine is entirely made of high quality steel which guarantees long service life. Powder coating provides perfect coverage and protection against corrosion. The wrapper is equipped with a hydraulic catcher and cutter, and its construction guarantees that film is caught and cut every time. Low center of gravity, large wheelbase and wide tires affect work comfort in every terrain.I

In addition, the rotary table is located on a large bearing, which contributes to the stability and precision of the wrapping. The reinforced loading arm and its double 20 mm sheet holder emphasize the durability of the entire structure. The vertical bale damper is adjustable, making it ideal for all types of bale.

Another advantage that has a major impact on the quality of the machine are the reinforced drums, the ability to adjust the position to the size of the wrapped bale and the solidly attached adapter.

EM SCORPIO is a front loading bale wrapper. This gives a number of benefits to the operator. The most important of these are time saving and comfort while working. Machine operation is performed by means of mechanical levers from the tractor cab.

The bale wrapper has a number of solutions that make it easier to work with, increasing its efficiency. These tools are ideal for improving safety and productivity. Standardised corrugated aluminum rolls affect the ideal distribution of film, regardless of temperature and weather conditions. The rotary table guarantees excellent stability.

Scorpio electronic version has film tear and the presence of the bale in the loading arm sensors.

The machine works well in vaious working conditions. Wet meadows are not a problem thanks to the wide axle and 400/60 x 15.5 tires. This reduces the pressure put on the ground.

Front loading is useful in difficult conditions such as narrow fields. It gives the possibility of wrapping the bales behind the press without making additional maneuvers or leaving transverse traces on the meadow.
