    Few people are in so fortunate aposition to indulge their hobby as isJ. Bertram Nesper, Narberth Postmaster, who is a stampcollector.Mr. Nesper , whose in terest in philately dates from 1926, when he wasappointed acting Postmaster at Narberth, has what he terms " on ly asmall collection," but one whi ch h asseveral rare specimens in his particula r line, that of United States stamps.Philatelists have been quick tolearn that in Mr. Nesper t hey h adan understanding friend and as a resul t the Narbe rth Pos t Office has become a mecca for stamp collectors.In fact, when we wer e talking toMr. Nesper a col lector dropped in toget a sheaf of Harding one and one
