With 2020 behind us, we are looking forward in 2021 with the strength from our Lord Jesus Christ to guide us. This year will be the year of growth &
resurrection from the tribulations of the past. Our church is in a prime position for growth because of the resilience of our parish people. Now more than ever the church needs your talents, time, & tithes. With the threat of the virus hopefully dwindling, we can slowly but surely begin to resume normal activates & be able to fellowship with one another one day soon. Through
prayer to our Lord for peace & wellness & to the saints whose intercession we wish to implore throughout the year, our church parish will be back
better than ever. Happy New Year & God bless!
What is the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning? Hit the snooze button? Roll over? Complain that you need more sleep? St. Josemaría Escrivá wrote about the heroic
minute, meaning that once the alarm rings, get up, & say a prayer. There is a traditional prayer you could learn called the
Morning Offering. It’s a beautiful prayer which helps us give to God everything we will do during the day.
The Morning Offering
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer you my prayers, works, joys, & sufferings of this day for all the inten-tions of your Sacred Heart, in union with the holy sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians, & in particu-
lar for the intentions of the Holy Father this month. Amen.

Remember, Our Lady of LaSalette, true mother of
Sorrows, the tears you shed for us on Calvary. Remember also the care you have taken to keep
us faithful to Christ, your Son. Having done so much for
your children, you will not now abandon us. Comforted by this consoling thought, we come to
you pleading, despite our infidelities and ingratitude.
Virgin of Reconciliation, do not reject our prayers, but intercede for us, obtain for us the
grace to love Jesus above all else. May we console you by living a holy life and so come to share the eternal life Christ
gained by His cross. Amen.
