Health- is a state of complete physical, mental
and social wellbeing.
Healthy habits
• A balanced diet: keep a varied diet• Keeping a meal routine: eat five
meals a day and varied foods.• Good hygiene: Wash our hands,
brush our teeth and take a shower every day.
• Enough rest: sleep at least nine hours a day.
• Breathing clean air: do not stay too long indoors places.
• Physical exercise: exercising improves our health.
