With excellent transport links, in-house catering team for all occasions and an onsite Functions Coordinator to make sure your day goes smoothly; Osterley Park offers the best of all worlds for your special event.

Functions at Osterley Park and House

Private Functions Osterley Park and House offers you the chance to entertain guests in exclusive surroundings. With our highly professional team on hand to help organise every aspect of your event, you will be able to focus on simply enjoying yourself! There are two main areas which we hire out for private functions: the Brewhouse for smaller events and the Front Lawn for larger, marquee events. The Brewhouse Situated adjacent to the House, the Tudor Stable Block provides a historic yet practical venue for parties. The Brewhouse, complete with access to a walled garden is ideally suited for smaller parties and the garden is perfect way to enjoy a summer’s day. With your hire of the Brewhouse we also include the tables, function chairs and table linens which can be hired in a colour of your choice to help theme your event. A small marquee and garden furniture are also provided for the walled garden if required. Garden games are also available, please ask for more details. Recently refurbished, the room can cater for formal functions of up to 60 guests depending on the seating layout. With an oak floor, tall, leaded windows and access to a private walled garden, the Brewhouse provides the perfect setting for a party or corporate event.


The Front Lawn Situated in front of the main house, with the stunning neo-classical portico framing its entrance, the Front Lawn is a marquee site that makes a statement! With excellent approved suppliers with marquees for every occasion, Osterley Park provides the perfect setting for your special event; no matter what the size. Facility Fees 2011 Our fees are designed to offer a premium service at a great value prices. With four course meals from only £35 per guest, we’re happy to also offer bespoke packages. The Brewhouse Full day hire: £1,200 Half day hire: £780 Per hour: £210 The Brewhouse and Walled Garden Full day hire: £1,800 Half day hire: £1,170 Per hour: £300 Available Wednesday – Sunday all year 12pm – 8pm (Later by prior arrangement) House Tours With such unique surroundings, we appreciate that you may want to explore a bit more than the space you have hired! Marquee site Up to 100 guests £2,580 Up to 200 guests £3,120 Up to 300 guests £3,600 Up to 400 guests £4,800 For 400 + guests £5,400 Hire of the marquee site and includes one day set up for marquees up to 300 guests and two days set up for marquees for over 300 guests as well as one day dismantle for all marquees. This is in addition to the day of the event. Hire of the marquee itself can be arranged through one of our excellent approved suppliers. All prices are inclusive of 20% VAT.

Booking Arrangements

For prices please see our ‘Private Functions Fees 2012 Please contact us to check the availability of your chosen dates. All bookings are deemed provisional until a signed copy of our contract is returned along with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the facility fee. Whilst a provisional booking is being held, should another client subsequently wish to book and confirm the same date, you will be asked to confirm your reservation, by deposit, within 48 hours. The National Trust reserves the right to accept another booking if the deposit and contract are not received within 48 hours. A list of full terms and conditions are available on request and is sent out with all booking contracts.

How to Find Us

Despite its seclusion from the hectic pace of the city, Osterley Park and House is conveniently situated close to major road and rail networks, central London and Heathrow airport.

Osterley Park and House is sign-posted via brown tourist signs from the A4 and the main entrance is located just off the A4 at the junction of Thornbury and Jersey Roads. Car and coach parking is available on site. There is a short lakeside walk from the car park to the House and Stable block. Arrangements can be made for less mobile visitors to drive up and park adjacent to the house. Osterley Underground station is on the Piccadilly line and is a 10-minute walk from the park gates.
