- This offer is not available for participants who bought

the TV before offer starting date 27 Oct 2021.

- The Offer must be redeemed before 31 Dec 2021.

- A valid form of payment is required at the sign-up, but the Participant will not be charged until the Offer Period expires.

- At the end of the Offer period, the Participant will be

automatically charged the standard subscription price

for each application, where a valid form of payment is

required at the sign-up phase.

- The Participant can cancel the trial at no charge at any

time before the Offer Period expires.

- The Offer requires to register on the applications

involved in the promotion in order to redeem the free

trial.

- In order to redeem the Offer, the Participant must proceed as follows: 1. Turn on Samsung TV. 2. Open Apps and download “Samsung Promotion”. 3. Open Samsung Promotion App and copy the coupon from OSN offer. 4. Click on the OSN app and enter the coupon to activate it. General Terms

- The Participant understand that Samsung shall not be

liable to him/her for any loss and/or damages of any kind

whatsoever, that he/she may suffer from, or which may

arise out of the participation in this Offer or for any other

reason whatsoever.

- `Samsung shall be entitled at its sole and absolute

discretion to terminate or modify the Offer or to modify,

vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions

- Any dispute of whatever nature, which is directly or
