QAT is specifically designed for laborers/OOSC; It is periodic assessment done after 6 months; bi-annual It focuses on affective and psychomotor domainsBaseline assessment is done within one month of registration of the child QAT is conducted to assess periodic progress of the child wherein improvement level is declared instead of achievement level of each child
