formation of the new qualifications, but also for their application in the
field of higher education.
2. The introduction of national and sectoral qualifications framework, theRussian Classification of educational programs, facilities legalization of
professional standards. The official status of these documents will
ensure the development and implementation of institutional
arrangements for renewing the federal state educational standards,
improving educational programs that regulate the formation and training
of applied qualifications in management.
