Semi-Automatic Transformer Testing Panel

Semi Automatic Transformer Testing Panel consists various se-

lector switches, push buttons and various measuring meters,

indicators & contactors.

The Testing Engineer can control and

monitor the various operations from the

front side of semi automatic panel.

The meters have accuracy class at 0.5.

Manual Transformer Testing Panel

This is a common test panel for distribution/ power transformers of different specifications. The user can perform most of the factory tests, as per the relevant IS/BIS standard for the transformers. The Connection between Transformer and Panel has to be done manually for all test. Over and above, Selection of CT and PT Ratio must be done manually. All meters having accuracy of 0.5/1 class of dif-ferent companies available in market. Features: For the selection of test, single rotary switch

will be provided All the meters in the panel are analogue/

digital With the help of this panel, we can perform

No Load Test (open Circuit Test), Load Test (Short Circuit Test), DVDF Test, HV Test of Transformer

Testing Panel has Over current relay protec-

tion facility for main contactors and test con-tactors

As per customer requirement Timer, Control

MCB, Door interlock, barricade interlock etc. can be provided in testing panel

Automatic Transformer Testing Panel

Alternately, manual test bench functionally is made more sophisticated with

use of a PLC controller.

With this test bench discrete indicators, meters selector switches and push

buttons are no longer require for this type of testing facility.

Automatically test report will be generated

through this panel.

DVDF Panel

Induced Over Voltage Test Set (DVDF) is used

for testing the strength of insulation between

turns and between other points of the trans-

formers etc. as stipulated by BIS or other

standard specification.

To regulate the output voltage, DVDF Panel is

used.

A suitable control panel is utilized for motor

starting, generator output control, measure-

ment of all three phases, voltage and current

for input and output with protection circuit.
