ORDER A PROGRAM SHOUT-OUT FOR YOUR GYMNAST

Sending your favorite gymnast (or your favorite team!) a shout-out in our meet program is a great

way to commemorate their experience at the 2018 Cowbell Classic - NC AAU 1st Qualifier West!

Shout-out ads consist of a personalized message to your gymnast or team, and can include a small,

medium, or large size photo depending on your preference. Shout-outs start at $15 without a

photo and $25 with a photo - a fraction of the cost of business ads. Shout-outs are available for

gymnasts from every club and team participating in the 2018 Cowbell Classic - NC AAU 1st Qualifier

West. Programs are available to purchase at the admissions table during the meet. To guarantee

placement in the event program, Shout-Out orders and payment are due by November 20, 2018.

HOW TO ORDER

1) Choose your shout-out size below and send an email to cowbellshoutout@gmail.com using your

gymnast's name (or your team name if the shout-out is for a team) as the Subject line. The body

of your email should include the message you would like to share with your gymnast or team,

including who the shout-out is from. Please include your telephone number and email address so

we can then collect payment once the email is received.

2) Attach a high-resolution JPG photo of your gymnast or team to your email message if you have

chosen one of the photo options. Receiving a personal photo from you that captures your

gymnast’s personality makes for a great shout out! YOUR SHOUTOUT PAYMENT AND MESSAGE

MUST BE DUE BY NOVEMBER 20 TO BE INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM. NO REFUNDS, TRANSFERS or

EXCHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED.
