Orange Juice

Ingredients:

• Oranges

Steps:

1. Peel the oranges and cut into proper size.2. Close the lever and put them in the machine and operate it.3. When extraction is almost finished, place the lever in half-opened position to release

the compressed pulp.

Tips:

If you want to make thick juice with some flesh in it, please use coarse strainer, but if you want clean juice, please use fine strainer.Peel skin and remove seeds before juicing in case of fruits like orange, grape fruit or lemon.

Apple Juice

Ingredients:

• Apple

Steps:

1. Remove upper part of apples and clean them.2. Cut them into proper size.3. Close the lever and put them in the machine and operate it.4. If you want clean juice, pour original juice into chamber to juice one more time.5. When extraction is almost finished, place the lever in half-opened position to release

the compressed pulp.

Tips:

When juicing, lots of bubbles are formed.It is a characteristic of apples.Do not worry about it.

Grape Juice

Ingredients:

• Grapes

Steps:

1. Separate each grape from the bunch and clean them.2. Close the lever and operate the machine.3. If juice starts to come out, place the lever in half opened position.4. If you want rich flavours, close and open the lever repeatedly during extraction.5. When extraction is almost finished, place the lever in half-opened position to release

the compressed pulp.

Tips:

If you put in the pulp again for extraction, operation might stop.

If the lid is not opening because of excessive operation, push reverse button for a short time. Then you can easily open it.

Carrot Juice

Ingredients:

• Carrots

Steps:

1. Carrots are hard, so cut them in finger size.2. Close the lever and put them in the machine and operate it.3. When extraction is almost finished, place the lever in half-opened position to release

the compressed pulp.4. Operation can be stopped during extraction because carrots are hard.5. In this case, push reverse and normal rotation but ton several times repeatedly.

Tips:

You can extract carrots more easily together with fruits like apples which have lots of juice.

Tomato Juice

Ingredients:

• Tomato

Steps:

1. Remove the stalk of tomato.2. Close the lever and put them in the machine and operate it.3. When extraction is almost finished, place the lever in half-opened position to release

the compressed pulp.

Tips:

Add pure juice of Japanese apricot or honey into tomato juice which is less sweet.Extraction with grapes is also excellent.

Celery Juice

Ingredients:

• Celery

Steps:

1. Celery has lots of long and tough fiver, so cut into about 3cm.2. Close the lever and put a handful of celery to juice.3. When extraction is almost finished, place the lever in half-opened position to release

the compressed pulp.4. The machine can stop operation or the lid cannot be opened if you put too much

ingredients at once because they have long and tough fibre.5. In this case, push reverse and normal rotation button several times repeatedly.

Tips:

If you want to relieve peculiar flavour of green vegetable juice, then add apples, oranges or pineapples. You can enjoy sweeter and more delicious juice.

Mango Juice

Ingredients:

• Mangoes

Steps:

1. Remove the hard seed and cut into right size.2. Close the lever and put them in the machine and operate it.3. When extraction is almost finished, place the lever in half-opened position to release

the compressed pulp.

Tips:

You can find frozen mangos which are already trimmed.If you make juice with frozen mangos, defrost enough to use it.If you use fresh mangos, make sure to remove the hard seed.The hard seed might cause component damage.

Orange Carrot Juice

Ingredients:

• Apple 140g• Orange 200g• Carrot 100g

Steps:

The plentiful vitamin C in the orange creates a synergy with the β-carotene and vitamin A in the carrot, allowing increased absorption.

1. Peel orange and slice into appropriate sizes.2. Wash carrots thoroughly, remove the seeds from the apple and slice.3. Put lever on “close.” Alternate the insertion of orange, carrot and apple.4. Once two-thirds of the ingredient shave been extracted, switch lever to half-open

position. Allow pulp to be expelled from drum.5. Continue extracting the rest of the ingredients.

Pear Ginger Tea

Ingredients:

• 1/2 Pear• 150ml of water• 150ml of ginger• 1 tablespoon of honey

Steps:

1. Extract juice from a pear with skin on.2. Boil water, ginger and honey together and filter them through a strainer and cool

them off.3. Mix in extracted pear.

Tips:

It is good for cold because it contains a pear and ginger which helps to prevent bronchial disease and cold.

Berries & Orange Mixed Juice

Ingredients:

• Blueberries 50g• Blackberries 50g• Oranges 220g• Pears 50g

Steps:

1. Chop orange in half and divide into 4 parts after peeling. Slice pears in half and divide into 6 parts with the skin.

2. Put blueberries, blackberries oranges and pears into the feeder and juice.

Tips:

If frozen blueberries and blackberries are used, slightly thaw the ingredients before juicing.

Carrots & Beets Mixed Juice

Ingredients:

• Wheatgrass 30g• Carrots 330g• Beets 100g

Steps:

1. Cut wheatgrass into smaller pieces with about 3-4cm in length. Chop carrots and beets into smaller pieces with about 4 cm in length.

2. Put wheatgrass, carrots and beets into feeder and juice.

Tips:

Leafy vegetables will be juiced easily when they are cut in 3-4cm in length.

Grape Jam

Ingredients:

• 300g of grapes• 150g of sugar

Steps:

1. Clean the grapes and separate each grape from the bunch.2. Close the lever and extract the grapes.3. Boil the extracted grapes and sugar together in the pot until it becomes thick.4. If the content doesn’t get dispersed when putting in cold water, then it is well made.

Kale Spinach Juice

Ingredients:

• 1/4 of pineapple• A handful of kale and spinach

Steps:

1. Remove the skin and the core of the pineapple and trim and cut the kale and the spinach in right size.

2. Close the lever and extract kale-spinach-pineapple in order.3. When putting the last ingredients in, place the lever in half-opened position to

release compressed pulp.

Tips:

For those who try green vegetable juice for the first time, adjust the amount of kale and spinach according to one’s preference.

Ingredients:

• 1 apple• 1 piece of beet• 1 slice of lemon

Steps:

1. Remove the seeds and the stem of an apple and cut the beet and the lemon with skin in right size.

2. Close the lever and extract beet-apple in order.3. When putting the last ingredients in, place the lever in half-opened position to

release the compressed pulp.

Tips:

Taste may differ depending on the size and the sugar content of the apple, so adjust the amount of beet and lemon according to your preference.
