FIFA World Cup The FIFA World Cup, often simply the World Cup, is an international association football competition contested by the men's national teams. The Championship is played every 4 years since the inaugural tournament in 1930, except in 1942 and 1946 when it was not played because of the Second World War. The current champion is Spain, who won the 2010 tournament in South Africa. The current format of the tournament involves 32 teams competing for the title, but before the beginning having a qualification phase, which takes place over the three before years, is used to determine which teams qualify for the tournament together with the host nation(s). Brazil is the team that has won the tournament more times with 5 cups. The last champion is Spain. In this year will be celebrate the World Cup in Brazil in July. COPA AMERICA

The Copa América, is international association football competition contested between the men's national teams of South America. The current tournament format involves twelve teams competing at a host nation over a period of about a month. The confederation has only ten members, so national teams from other FIFA confederations are invited to fill the other 2 places.

UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

The UEFA Champions League is an annual continental club football competition organized by the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) since 1992. It is one of the most prestigious tournaments in the world and the most prestigious club competition in European football.

Before 1992, the competition was officially called the "European Champion Clubs' Cup"

In its present format, the UEFA Champions League begins in mid-July with three knockout qualifying rounds and a play-off round. The 10 surviving teams enter the group stage, joining 22 other teams qualified in advance. The 32 teams are drawn into eight groups of four teams and play each other in a double round-robin system. The eight group winners and eight runners-up proceed to the knockout phase that culminates with the final match in May. The winner of the UEFA Champions League qualifies for the UEFA Super Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup.

Real Madrid is the most successful club in the competition's history, having won the tournament nine times; the reigning champions are Bayern Munich.

Copa Libertadores

The Copa Libertadores is an annual international club football competition organized by CONMEBOL since 1960. It is one of the most prestigious tournaments in the world and the most prestigious club competition in South American football. The tournament is named in honor of the Libertadores the main leaders of the South American wars of independence.

In the present format, the tournament consists of six stages, with the first stage taking place in early February. The six surviving teams from the first stage join 26 teams in the second stage, in which there are eight groups consisting of four teams each. The eight group winners and eight runners-up enter the final four stages, better known as the knockout stages, which end with the finals anywhere between June and August. The last champion is a Brazilian team called Atletico Mineiro, Independiente is the team that has won the tournament more times with 7 cups
