Functional Description

A new function is provided in Self-Service HR, which enables employees tomake claims or element entries which can be paid through payroll. Claims canbe monetary or time worked. This function is seamlessly integrated withapprovals management so that claims can be routed through approval cycle.

Association of element Set at different levels e.g. Organization Level, Assignment Set, Location etc.

In this release it is provided at Organization level

The ability to remove selected costing segments from the Costing KFF

OAF personalization can be done to handle this

Being able to select the assignment (in the case of multiple assignments) prior to entering elements

Claims for multiple assignments is provided in this release

A ‘Pending Approval’ report (Similar SQL to note 838402.1) via a concurrent request, outputting to excel

We would like to provide this as a feature in ‘Transaction Monitor’. This will be provided in

next release.

The ability to view (at Database level) a new ENTRY_TYPE on the PAY_ELEMENT_ENTRIES_F table

A new table is provided to cater this need

Access via the documents functionality to view attached workflow documents in the PUI
