Targeting Near-Surface, High-Grade Oxide Gold in Canada

100% ownership of the150,000 acre Coffee Project, Yukon Territory Closely spaced deposits All zones begin at surface and open in all directions High-grade and extensive oxide mineralization present in all zones Positive preliminary oxide metallurgy Consistent, repeatable assay results (no nugget effect) Gold evenly distributed within mineralized zones Structurally late gold mineralizing event Gold hosted in multiple structural trends Proven low-cost exploration methodology Only 15% of the Coffee property systematically explored 20kms of gold in soil anomalies yet to be drill tested

6

Coffee Project 2010-2011

64,000m of drilling completed $32.5 million exploration expenditures 9 gold discoveries

Collected 25,941 soil samples to date Positive preliminary oxide metallurgy

Permitted and built a 23km road and airstrip in less than two years

Initial Metallurgical Testing from Oxide Mineralization at Supremo and Latte

Lack of glaciation at Coffee caused extensive weathering and oxidation of high-grade gold zones. Completely oxidized mineralization extends to at least 125m vertical depth at Supremo and ranges from 75 to 150m vertical depth at Latte Simulated heap leach test results of 90.4%, gold recoveries achieved after 80 days, includes 83.2% recoveries over the first 15 days Bottle-roll results of 96.3% to 98.5% gold recoveries for carbon-in-leach (CIL) and carbon-in-pulp (CIP) testing
