Based on inspection data, pipeline integrityengineers can provide a complete integrityassessment of the pipeline. Individualcorrosion features are assessed on theirseverity and potential risk.
Corrosion growth can be assessed based oncomparison with previous inspection data.Inspection data can be integrated in aFitness for Purpose (FFP) Analysis, whichprioritizes the maintenance and repairactivities. External factors such asenvironment, human interference, soil and
population are combined with the results ofthe Fitness for Purpose report to generate aRisk Based Assessment (RBA).
As part of the service, all inspection reportscome with raw processed data and the latestversion of DATsurvey®. With this extremelypowerful and user-friendly interface thecustomer can review the inspection data. Onecan navigate through the pipeline on avariable scale, create custom views, print digverification sheets and analyze run profilesand anomaly statistics.
DATsurvey® has the capability to synchronizeresults of various inspection runs. Thissignificantly contributes to the confidencelevel of the integrity assessment.
Pipeline defect assessments can be deliveredin accordance with ASME B31G, DNV RP-F101,or any other defect assessment method asper customer specification, national code orregulation. All services provided by PipesurveyInternational are in full compliance with thelatest standards of Pipeline Operator Forum,API 1163, ASNT-PQ-ILI-2010 and NACE-SP-102.
