Purchasing

The Supplies that are going to be used for the kiosk, will almost all be purchased at Paco, Public Market where one of the business partners has a “suki” that provides guaranteed fresh products.For the water distiller it will be purchase from MRJ water distiller located at San Ildefonso Bulacan it is owned by one of the relative of the business partner, it will be picked up from there by one of the delivery van of the business and it will be transported to the storage place of the business. The container for the packaging will be purchased from Win-Win plastic supply. Cooking oil will also be purchased from Paco,Public Market,as for the Cooking Gas it will be purchased from Masagana Super Gas located at Kalaw,Taft Manila.

A delivery van (L300) will be picking up the purchased supplies from the point of origin which is at Paco,Public Market, Win-Win Plastic Supply Paco,Manila and Masagana Super Gas located at Kalaw Taft Avenue Manila, from there the delivery van will be t transfer the said supplies to the Storage area which is located at Unit 103 1555 Aurora Building, Merced St, Paco Manila, After the supplies has been transferred, it will be delivered to its last destination which is at Philippine General Hospital which is the last place for the delivery of the supplies.

The Product will be delivered to a partners house (Abi’s house) Unit 103 1555 Aurora Building, Merced St. Paco Manila. The supplies and other ingredients for the production of the products such as the, Meat, Fish, Chicken, Vegetables and other wet and dry ingredients will be kept in the residence of one of the business partners, where freezers ,refrigerators ,coolers will be provided so that quality and freshness of the product will be assured. As for the spices and container of the food it will be kept in several shelves of cabinets designated for them. After that it will be delivered to Philippine General Hospital where the preparation, cooking, packaging and selling will take place.

The method that is going to be use in delivering the food to the costumer will be person to person, wherein the transferring of the food will be from the employee who is preparing the food to the customer who is buying the food. The mode of paying will be pay as you order, wherein, the customer must pay first the following prices of his/her order before he she can enjoy her food. Our delivery of food to costumer will be like other fast food chain but during the course of payment our staff is already preparing the food and upon 3-5 minutes at max, his or her order is ready to serve and also be served with a proud smile that our menu is worthy of their money.

Feedback

The method or process that is going to be use to gauge the customer satisfaction with food rice toppings will be in the form of survey sheets, wherein the customer who is the subject of the survey will rate accordingly their satisfaction with the food and on how the employees perform their work with regards to how they perform. We will be rated as follows: Excellent, Good, Satisfactory, Poor and Needs Improvement. It is not mandatory for costumers to answer our evaluation sheet but we will impose our will that almost all costumers in order to arrive in a correct statistical evaluation.

How Chicken, Beef, pork and Fish etc. will be cooked in the food Stand.

Considering that the ff. ingredients already undergone the process of pre-cooking such as boiling, blanching, and slicing to their appropriate cuts and measurements.

Season your meal with seasoning ingredient depending on the taste.

B 30 seconds

Sauté Chicken, Pork, Beef, Fish and other ingredients

C 5 minutes

Upon heating of the pan put oil D 5 seconds

Then put your food to the hot pan and wait until it cooks.

E 2 minutes and 5 seconds

Upon the time that the food is cook, get1 cup rice to the rice cooker.

F 10 seconds

Put both the cooked food and rice to the service plate.

G 10 seconds

Serve to the costumer their chosen meal.

H 5 seconds

Time of duty: 6am-6pm (first shift) 6pm-6am (second shift)

Employees:

Permanent employees: 2 persons per shift that acts as the cashier,server and the other as cook.

1 driver that will be responsible for picking up the supplies and delivering it to the place of storage, and then to the Philippine General Hospital for selling.

Total number of permanent employees: 5

Seasonal Employees: 1 flyer and coupon distributor that will give flyers during seasonal moth such as ( Christmas,Summer etc.)

Total number of seasonal employees : 1

Salary for both permanent and seasonal employees : 500 pesos

They are not minimum wage worker therefore they are not subject to overtime and differential pay.
