Welcome to Taylor Road Baptist Church on this July 4th weekend. We are here today tocelebrate and worship the greatest soldier to ever serve, Jesus! We are also here today to celebrate with gratitude a free Nation, “under God,” that provides liberty and justice for all.

America is just 235 years old. That may seem old among people but among nations we are very young. We may argue, fuss and fight among ourselves, but when another nation or another group comes against us as an enemy we will fight to protect, to the finish. I am grateful to live in a free Nation. I am also grateful to live in the family of God as brothers and sisters with Jesus, the God of the universe, may we celebrate all of our freedoms today.
