` Soft copies of Appraisal forms are sent to all
employees
` Employees are asked to review their performance
for the year passed and fill in their comments andscore in the appraisal form
` After filling the form employee sends the updated
form to their respective managers

his/her comments and score in the form
Managers forward the form to Moderators
wherever required (Moderator the person wholeads the department)
Moderator reviews employees and managers
score and comments and adds his/her comments
and score in the form, this score is considered asthe final appraisal score

` Then this form is forwarded to the HR department
` After completion of the entire companys appraisal
process, appraisal letters are handed over to the
employees` All mail conversations will have a copy marked to
the HR department

` An email will be sent out to all the employees stating the
appraisals are due and the link will be available on the
HR module.
` The system will be pre-programmed to have a cut off
time for the updated forms to be submitted.
` It will keep on checking whether the form has beensubmitted & if not then will send reminders to the
employee as well as the manager.
` As soon as the employee submits the form a mail would
be sent to the concerned Manager, Moderator as well asthe HR team. Again there will be a time frame within
which the manager has to complete the employee's form
and same goes to the next level.
