9TH ANNUAL EASTERN ELITEJANUARY 25, 2020 | HARRISONBURG, VIRGINIA | 6:30 PM

It is hard to believe that this year represents the 15th Annual VCCP Winter Classic and the 9th Annual VCCP Eastern Elite Sale. We are proud of what this annual event has become and hopefully you, all of our supporters, are proud as well. This sale represents a unique opportunity for folks in our region to access top notch genetics locally, without having to travel across the country. The consignors of the 2020 VCCP Eastern Elite Sale have brought you a great group of live lots and genetic packages once again this year. Those who are thinking “big picture” are in buying mode right now, with 2020 looking to be brighter in the cattle industry. Take a look at the success stories below – can you imagine buying a few embryos and turning them into over $100k in progeny? Talk about finding the winning lottery ticket! There is money to be made throughout this sale offering – we encourage you to jump in and invest, you won’t be disappointed. Please come see us on January 24 & 25th at the Rockingham Fairgrounds – Please note the new location – the Sale will be on the fairgrounds, just up the hill from the Show barns. VCCP Sale Committee

Please bring this catalog with you to the salePlease bring this catalog with you to the sale

In our 2014 Sale – Bushy Park bought a pack of Irish Whiskey eggs out of the Mimms Donor 4267. They sold two resulting heifers for $23,000 and $100,000. This may be unprecedented in any sale in the country! The resulting heifer from this embryo package went on to be named NAILE Grand Champion Maintainer Heifer in both the junior and open shows, congratulations Mason Walker. Full sib embryos to these champions sell as Lot 50.

In 2016 Butler Farms purchased the I-80 X SULL Pure Hottie 7033 embryos. Two of the resulting heifer calves ended up being lot 1 and lot 2 of the 2017 Butler Farms Apple Harvest Production Sale where each of them demanded north of $6000.

A heifer consigned by Walter Earle from North Carolina (lot 43) in 2013 ended up as a Division Champion Chi-Maine at Louisville that same year. Congrats to Walter Earle from Sullivan Farms. A maternal sib sells this year as lot 21

This Sim Solutions lot was consigned as a heifer pregnancy by Wehrman Genetics in the 2012 Eastern Elite sale and was purchased by G&B Cattle for $3500. They returned her to the 2014 sale as a bred heifer and sold her for $13500.

Here is a March Angus heifer that will catch the eye of anyone in the junior division of Angus cattle. She exhibits that long neat front end everyone is looking for with great hair and has more than adequate bone with that extra muscle, with the right muscle pattern. She is extra long bodied with that great disposition young exhibitors need. Sit tight, get on board for an enjoyable summer.

This April daughter of Roundtable combines that flashy show heifer look without sacrificing a drop of performance. This heifer truly has so much upside potential to be a great show heifer as well as being a high preforming cow. I love the way this one hits you from every angle. With an explosive rib cage, beautiful front third and added stoutness, she is sure to be a crowd favorite in any environment.

A truly rare female here. Out of the deceased Made to Order bull that has done his fair share of producing champions and out of a great cow from Brandon Horn, who is a full sister to Mike Mimms’s donor, Mimms 0333. HL 0333 has produced standout bulls, steers and heifers for us and the Horn’s. These cattle are unreal in terms of their stoutness, bone and overall muscle mass and they handle it perfectly from a structure standpoint. This heifer will show well in the commercial division and we have no question she will be in the donor pen early in production. Get in on the good stuff while it’s available!

Jr. Exhibitors here is your opportunity to get on board for the Jr. shows this summer. Very quiet and eye appealing that comes to you with a lot of substance and quality. She will compete in that May division well. She is a Churchill bred female that will catch the discriminating breeders eye. Get on the wagon here to enjoy the Jr. shows.

This fancy brockle faced heifer is sure to grab the judges attention when she walks into the ring! She recently won her class at the UT Block and Bridle Rocky Top Classic in Knoxville, TN. This girl is a maternal sister to the 2019 VA State Fair Grand Champion Prospect Steer. Great hair, bold ribbed, stout made and freaky fronted, she checks all the boxes to be a winner. She continues to impress us everyday. We can’t wait to watch your success with Miss Dixie!

What an exciting female that we think has a world of potential come next summer. If you want to be a contender at an East Coast State Fair next year, you need to pay attention. Age doesn’t matter when they are made this good. Huge middled, elegant fronted and cat sound. These are the kind you shouldn’t sell. Her dam flat out works and we expect this one to pay big dividends in production.

Here is a good cow prospect that would be a great junior project. Out of a Mimms bred bull that adds quality to this heifer. A neat package for the commercial world. You can add quality to your herd here.

This has been the heifer we were not sure we were going to sell from our 2019 crop. She has a unique pedigree with the dam going back to the Lutton and SS Goldmine and with the addition of Monopoly she presents with a little more power but still carried that maternal look. Put this one into production after her show career and she will not disappoint. She is easy to work with for any showman.

If you want color, looks and disposition this one fills the order. Her younger donor dam originated from the Boyert/Core program and this is the first of the Firewater Flush to hit the ground and we are not disappointed. She is sure to compete in the % Charolais or Crossbred divisions and go on to make a cow. Her disposition is easy to work around for any showman.

This female is one of the best ones I’ve produced and I’m incredibly excited to offer her for sale. She ties her massive rib and genuine shape together with an attractive look from the side. If you like them maternal, sound and good bodied, study this one extra hard.

A strong, blaze-faced MaineTainer show heifer–the first calf out of the Lot 24 cow–this package is power packed! She is being offered to show you the potential of the Parks bred offering but she really should be retained. She is plenty thick and stout but she handles her muscle with comfort and accuracy.

This heifer is one that gets better and better as the days go by. She has a great structure and a even better disposition. She is 75% Shorthorn and 25% Hereford. CED: 8 BW: 2.6 WW: 52 YW: 77 M: 18 TM: 44 CEM: 4 ST:10

An all-purpose beauty! This heifer gets your attention right away and she is hard to look away from. She is another great product of the full sister to I-80, Donor 3Y, and she looks set to be a top producer herself. She is huge middled and plenty thick and stout yet she moves great and with agility. She is covered in great hair yet clean by pedigree plus she is coming with a first 75% Maine heifer calf!

Due to calve March 7 to Databank

Calf sex: Heifer

Wow, what a package this is! This gal is clean by pedigree and so feminine and gorgeous that she just might be our favorite. Her dam is a powerful daughter of the foundation Lucy 407Z that was a American Royal Supreme Champion Female, and this heifer is so flat boned, sweet bellied, and perfect uddered that you have to love her. She may have her heifer calf beside her at sale time!

This registered Sim Angus is a beautiful red heifer with great lines and dimension. She has that extra rib shape along with an elegant front end and head shape. Her beauty and broodiness are no surprise with the pedigree behind her. Her Dam is one of our most productive and broody cows we have, not to mention this heifer is backed by one of the most popular and renowned cows in show cattle history, Emerald Lady 138M. Everyone in the industry knows about this cow and her famous daughter, Bainridge Beauty U2. These two very dominate, powerful and sought after donor cows stand behind this redhead, not to mention the great sires found behind her, Meyer 734, Duff New Look, Steel Force and Broker. We AI’d this heifer to the Hot Simmental baldy Bull….. JASS on the Mark. We have a red or black blaze calf in mind. AI’ed Date: 5/7/19 to JASS on the

More of the best daughters of the best donors in the Parks program, this massive gal is out of the fabulous 937/17A Smooth Sailing daughter that was a former $20,000 high seller in the Donors

This female is out of one of the foundation dams at Sullivan Farms. She is a maternal sister to the heifer we sold at the earlier VCCP Sale that went on to win her division at N.A.I.L.E. She is the last natural calf out of Ellie Mae. The only reason she is for sale, is her late birthday makes her out of sync with our calving season. Take a close look as Brian Martin, TX says “Sunseeker cows are the holy grail of club calf mamas.” This heifer can be registered if buyer wishes.

1117 is an exciting bred heifer with a great mix of pedigree. As you study her maternal side you will find that 1117’s dam is a full sister to Silveiras Sara’s Dream 1339, the dam of Colburn Primo 5153. Primo needs no introduction to the show ring enthusiasts, be it Angus, Simmental or Chi influenced cattle etc. etc... The Sara’s Dream and Primo family pedigree has purple in it!! Mix that with some outcross pedigree on the top side, K Bar D Joe Canada who took Denver by storm as a past high seller in the Denim and Diamonds Sale, here is a bred that can impact a lot of programs in a great way. 1117 comes to the 2020 Eastern Elite Sale with a heavy in calf.

Talk about a cow that was hot when she topped the First Class female sale in 2016. Well, she is hotter now. After she found her new home for Esqiure, Mimms and Sharp, her heifer calf won the Iowa beef expo and a steer just recently won The State Fair of Texas or Dallas steer show as it is known. All this a year after one of her calves won the Missouri state Fair Market steer show and another won the Badger Kick-off classic. With very few calves born Aggie has produced no less than 6 calves that have cracked the 20,000 mark. This lot is a true sale feature, and these are some of the hottest eggs that can be purchased. Mimms had 14 of these avg. 11,750.00 in his sale last year

The embryos selling are full sibs to the 2017 Reserve Grand Champion Junior MaineTainer Heifer at the National Western. The 2017 win comes following a long list of other winning sisters and high sellers that 4267 has generated, including the 2016 NAILE Grand Champion Junior MaineTainer Heifer shown by the Walker family that also won countless other shows. This heifer sold in the 2015 Bushy Park fall sale for $100,000, while a full sib also sold in that sale for $27,500. Both of these pregnancies were a result of a past VCCP Eastern Elite purchase by Bushy Park.

The power, bone, hair, and loose structure this cow possesses is unreal. After selling in the Reimann dispersal for 53,000 she immediately made an impact in Hereford. This cow is so good it is scary and everybody that has seen her in person wants in. I shouldn’t even have to write a footnote on this cow. She is set to be a superstar in the very near future and you’re either your going be first or your going be last. 152 had a 16,500 steer calf in Mimms historic 2019 calf sale.
