-Designing and managing aesthetic content for brand, personalized events, web design and decor. Personally co-coordinated five weddings. Through my direction and assistance, DiChi events started off doing one small baby shower to over five weddings in a short six months, the largest of them being 300 guests. -Brand optimization allowed for a 25% increase in web traffic and telecommunication leads. -Custom decor allowed for expansion in the ability to rent out decor, including linen, vases and more.
-Over-saw creative direction and design for 2017 NSAC competition campaign. Or-ganized and divided members into teams in accordance with their strengths and per-sonalities. Updated and guided team on a regular basis throughout project duration. Designed several notable creative elements and collaborated with media strategist in creation of four 30 second commercials. -Assisted in the writing of presentation script, organization and graphics for Power-Points and memorized and presented assigned portions.
-Clerical duties, including: answering/transferring calls, welcoming and inviting customers to conversations about products, creating employee directories, and flyers. -As the main and often first interaction with customers, my ability to engage and ex-press understanding and empathy to customer’s want/needs lead to increased store traffic, improved customer relations, and ultimately increased customer service, as well as employee camaraderie.
