SYMPTOMS

Using Self Service Time responsibility (with a custom security profile attached), or other custom responsibilities that

reference the following functions:

Time Entry

Timecard Search

Templates

Create Timecard

The following error is raised when selecting any of the above functions:

"An error has been generated because worker information has not been found."

CAUSE

The following setup caused the issue to occur:

1. Custom security profile that uses Supervisor Security has "Exclude User" checked on the Miscellaneous tab.

2. Custom security profile that uses Organization Security. Using "Use the Organization on the User's Assignment as

the Top .

3. Business Group not linked to the responsibility.

SOLUTION

1. Ensure "Exclude User" is unchecked, as this will then include the current user logged in.

2. Ensure "Include Top Organization" is checked, as this will include the current user logged in.

3. Ensure Business Group linked to the responsibility is assigned to the user.
