EPC Of Obiafu/Obrikom to Oben (OB3) Gas Transmission Pipeline System LOT B - 67 km X 48-inch

This starts from the Intermediate Pigging station at Umukwata (around KP 63.45) in Delta State and

terminates at Oben Node in Edo State. The project also include: Engineering Design of the entire

Gas transmission pipeline system, LOT A and LOT B (130 km x 48-inch), Construction of the Gas

treatment Plant, Launcher and Receiver Stations, Installation of the Line Break Valves, Cathodic

protection system, Major and Minor River crossings, Major and Minor Road crossings, Railway

crossing, associated Earth and Civil works, Electrical/Instrumentation and Telecommunication

works, Testing and commissioning. The project belongs to the Nigerian National Petroleum

Corporation (NNPC).

It is worthy to note that currently this is the largest Gas transmission pipeline system to be built in

Nigeria.
