Oil & Gas UK is proud to present Share Fair – our largest and most eagerly anticipated event. This one
day event aims to improve the quality and quantity of information available to suppliers on the
forward activity plans of operators and major contractors.
Better information on future projects benefits both operators and the supply chain as it helps to create an
informed and competitive market where there can be more responsive and timely delivery of key equipment,
expertise and personnel.
New for 2015, Share Fair will also offer the opportunity for presenting companies to identify and share
current efficiency challenges facing their businesses, allowing attending delegates to identify and raise
awareness of any potential solutions or mechanisms that could help unlock the full potential of the UKCS.
Share Fair continues to grow and develop each year and in 2014 attracted over 1,500 attendees.
The event’s primary objectives are to provide:
An insight into the future project development plans of operators and contractors
An opportunity for networking, for example meeting prospective new clients and updating
existing contacts
An information sharing forum
An opportunity to hear about the industry’s latest supply chain initiatives
‘One to one’ sessions (either hosting or attending)
Support for the industry’s supply chain code of practice
An opportunity to gather market intelligence

The Share Fair Explained
The Share Fair format involves presentations booths where delegates will have an opportunity to hear a 20-30 minute presentation on major client purchaser project plans in the UKCS for the next 12-18 months,followed by a question and answer session. Each presenting company will have 8 presentation slotsthroughout the day. All presentations will be available to download after the event onwww.oilandgasuk.co.uk
Companies will also offer dedicated ‘one to one’ sessions where suppliers can make appointments with key subject matter representatives and pursue client purchasing opportunities. These sessions allow detailed and confidential discussions to take place with key contacts. Sessions will be booked prior to the event and are likely to be sold out well in advance of the day.
In addition, Oil & Gas UK is pleased to be able to offer you the opportunity to exhibit at Share Fair. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend the event as it is an ideal arena in which you can show how your goods, products and services could play a part in the forthcoming stream of oil and gas projects on the UKCS.
This high profile event continues to be a huge success for the industry. In 2014 the event attracted over 1,500 delegates - in 2015 the aim is to maintain this strong attendance.

Artwork Specification:
Please supply your artwork according to the following specification:
Finished artwork should be supplied in Press Quality Pdf or 350ppi Tiff format. We tend to work at 1/4 size with images at 350ppi. Please ensure
images are CMYK colour format.
Alternatively we can arrange your panel design for you, just supply us with text and images:
Text and information to be supplied in word document format. Small amounts of text can also be supplied via e-mail.
Logos are to be supplied at a minimum of 300ppi preferably in CMYK colour. Accepted file formats are tiff, eps (illustrator/freehand versions) and
jpeg. Minimum file sizes are: tiff - 1.5mb, eps - n/a, jpeg - 700kb. Eps vector (illustrator/freehand) versions are preferred as these can be scaled to
any size without loss of quality.
Photos/images are to be supplied at a minimum of 300ppi preferably in CMYK colour. Accepted file formats are tiff and jpeg. The file size will ef-
fect how large we can make your image, so if you wish the image to cover the whole panel please ensure the file is large enough.
You can send artwork via e-mail in zipped or stuffed files or burn to CD and post if file size is too large.
