The prices, in case of sales yb the abovemention-ed K.K. through f.o.r. or f. o. b. of the quay topurchaser, shall f>e the amount reached by deducting¥12.75 per 10 kan as to rawstarch, and¥14.30per10 kan as toy non-pulverized starch, an4 " Ukiko "respectively from the controlled prices of the presentlist. In this case, the charges for loading frommain boat or sampan shall be born by purchaser.The controlled prices in case the said, K.K. sellsarticles 'at the same place as purcharing place ,ofraw starch shall be the amount obtained by deducting¥35.15 per 10 kan from the controlled prices ofthe present list.

3. The controlled prices in case producers sell articlesto the actual consumers directly shall be the amount

shall be for those that have passed standard inspectionapproved by the Director-General of Price Board,excepting those for the gelatine for photographicuse. The controlled selling prices for the gelatine

(A) The controlled prices in the above list shall beof goods which have passed the examination basedon the standard stipulated by the Japan RubberManufacturers' Cooperative Association, and theprices of those which have failed in the examinationshall be less than 80% of the aforementioned con-

trolled prices.The prices of those which have failed to undergo

the Japan Rubber Manufacturers' 'Cooperative, Association's examination shall be less than 50%

of the prices in the List. /(B) The grade in the above list Is based upon the

standard formulated by the' Japan Rubber 'Manu-facturers' Cooperative Association, 1 ply flat belt

As for the elevator and conveyor belt whichneed no coverings, the prices shall be in accordance

)with those offlat belt. * 'As for the fabric part of conveyor belt 1 ply

means 1 sheet of cloth by 1 inch in width,and1ft. in legth and a6 for the rubber part of it, it means1 inch in width, 1 ft. in length and 1/16 inch inthickness. -

The prices of elevator belt requiring coveringsshall be applied with, those of No. 1 Classificationof conveyor belt.

The inch unit of V type belt shall mean thepitch length available. * ,

. The standard of 'V type belt in special shapeshall be In accordance with that of No. 1 Classi1-

> floation. *In case flat belt, conveyor belt, elevator belt

and round belt have made as endless, the followingadditional.charges may be charged.

In case a finished belt is,20 ft. of more in length,the price for another 5 ft. in length shall be added.

In case a -finished belt is less than 20 ft. andmore than 10 ft. in length, the price for another7 ft. in length shall be added.

In case afinished belt is less than 10 ft. in length,the price for another 10 ft. in length shall be added.

(C) The controlled selling prices of producer shallbe for those f.o.r. at the nearest station to thepurchasers and those of seller shall be for thoseex store of the seller.

(D) The charges for wrapping and packing shall beborne by the seller.
