• Identify primary SEHS contact at each site – RSMs• Minimize required fields – too many requirements

= people just won’t do it!• Start campaign small and simple – reach out to

SEHS contacts, provide instruction, assist with data gathering wherever SEHS touches

• Calibrate data collection (which fields? How frequent?)
