1. On the computer of the customer you install “Mailstore Server”(http://www.mailstore.com/) Mailstore ask you to fill in Name and email address. !!The email address must be a working email address!! They’re going to send you a Key to install the program.
2. When installing the program, please close office outlook. 3. Uncheck “Auto-configure Windows Firewall”

4. Just click on “OK”
5. Now the going to ask you the key they send you. When done click on “OK”

6. The program is going to restart, just click on “OK”
7. Now go to Office Outlook and make a PST file and save it on the desktop. 8. Click on “Archive E-mail” and select “Microsoft Outlook PST file”

9. Select “Single User” press OK
10. Open your PST file from the desktop, click Next
11. Click on Next

12. Click on Next and then Finish

14. Click on the left side on “Export E-mail” and then on “ Microsoft Outlook PST file”
15. Now you see “All Folders – admin” open “admin” and select “Outlook Outlook Data File”,
click Next

16. Click Next and then Finish
17. Press on close

18. Now you see “Microsoft Outlook” in Saved Profiles, click now on “Directory (File System)”
19. Select “EML Files” and the folder “All Folders – admin – Outlook Outlook Data File” press

20. Create a folder on the desktop , for example Mail as “Target Folder” - Uncheck “Synchronize” and press Next and Finish
21. Click on Close 22. Open Windows Live Mail ,go to “import messenger”

23. Select “Windows Mail” press Next
24. Go to your folder on the desktop where the EML file is saved. Press Next

25. You see now the folders you have saved from Office Outlook, press Next and Finish
26. In the folder “Imported Folder” you can find all the emails back and put them on the right place.
