Each share has a nominal value of 1 share – 5 euro.

Income on shares is presented in two forms - as growth of their market value, and in the formof periodic payments of dividends.

According to the business plan, the changes in the current value of a share will not be lessthan 100%, so investors begin to receive income in the period of ownership shares. *

Payments of dividends on the shares are planned to be done twice a year. The beginning ofdividend payments is planned to begin 6 months after reaching its design capacity.
